The Hotel ABC had Excellent Service and the Food was great. It is very close to the beach.

The town Cervia is a place for families with young children or for elderly people. Not so suitable for teenagers and young adults that are more after a night live.

Group of twenty people. Stayed from September 14th to 27th, 2025, including spa treatments at the Cervia spa. Overall, we were satisfied. The quality/price ratio was good. Stefano Montanari's courtesy and efficiency were outstanding. He made us feel respected and pampered. All the dining room and floor staff were friendly. The beach was very large and well-maintained.

We stayed at this hotel for seven days in September and had a wonderful holiday. Our room was new and comfortable. They welcomed our little dog, and we always dined in the beautifully kept and welcoming outdoor area. Thanks to the friendly and competent managers and all the staff. We'll definitely be back!

I rate the negative experience rather than the hotel itself. Unfortunately my wife and I got sick with a fever of 39 as soon as we arrived at the hotel and our son was in great shape. After two days in this situation we decided to leave early and the owner in response told us that a few lines of fever in the summer are normal and no one has ever left the hotel for this and therefore he would have made us pay a penalty of 600 euros. (Even though the hotel was not even full) When we returned home we were prescribed antibiotics for 10 days and I recommend resting in a cool place and not in the sun (which is impossible on vacation). Given the literature on the subject I am not at all sure that the hotelier acted correctly and therefore I will report it to the consumers' association and the hoteliers' association.

Terrible service, inattentive staff, rudeness and lack of privacy as the staff entered the room without knocking early in the morning (at 8:30 the check out scheduled for 10:00) Breakfast was by 10:00, at 10:05 it was not served to us. To conclude despite the high price of the room it was totally lacking in soundproofing and it was impossible to rest properly. Experience to avoid!!

5 days stay with family. Well-kept environment, rooms not very large but comfortable and clean, with balcony. Really nice outdoor relaxation environment. Stunning rooftop hydromassage pool with solarium area. The catering is very varied and very good !! Rich buffet breakfast and table service for meals. Possibility to have lunch on the beach. All the staff are very kind and attentive. Great location for the beach.
I would go back and how !!!!!

Excellent cleanliness of the rooms and excellent location, very central.
Very friendly and helpful hotel staff.
As for the restaurant, the cuisine and a wide choice of courses are excellent.

The only small flaw was for breakfast: being lactose intolerant I had the opportunity to have breakfast with vegan croissants that 2 out of 4 mornings had not been prepared ..
For the rest, everything was excellent, we found ourselves very well

A hotel with an edge! For once, it is not the stars, which are often unreliable, that make the difference, but the quality and care that the owners have towards their guests and the services made available to them, starting from the restaurant where everything is of excellent quality, up to to the attention to small details. Even the outdoor setting is a gem, and the details stand out! Last but not least, the kindness and passion that are evinced in dealing with the owners. For those looking for that little bit more !! I found this hotel thanks to a facebook group. I stayed 1 week with my family the first week of July.
The rooms were very clean, not very big but we were comfortable.
Each room has its own balcony.
The sea is a 5-minute walk away, in front of the hotel there is the Pinarella shopping center.
The staff is really very friendly and always available.
The excellent cuisine and different menus every day.
For me, as a vegan, I have always had different menus every day.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner always with vegan alternatives.
I have often found hotels where the veg proposal was salad, pasta and grilled vegetables ...
Here I ate really well.
In addition there is the swimming pool on the top floor with a fabulous view !!
The hotel is 3 stars but worth 5.
