One star is a gift. The room was horrendous, with fewer towels than necessary. We asked for more shower gel than the two sachets in the bathroom (we literally just needed to shower and sleep), and the receptionist told us she couldn't provide them because that was the cleaning staff's job. She added that there was a convenience store nearby. Shame. For €180 a night, it was truly a terrifying experience that should never be repeated. We still have to have breakfast, but honestly, we can't wait to leave. A night in a tent would have been more comfortable.

One night stay, not satisfied.
The room was dusty and it was as if the walls weren't there; you could hear everything going on in the other rooms.
Breakfast was a disappointment; it arrived shortly after it started. The food was limited, with no choice between sweet and savory, and very, very poor.
When the portions ran out, they weren't returned, leaving everything empty, explaining that the supermarkets were closed the day before.
I don't recommend it; you can find better for less.

Let's start with the only two positives: the location and cleanliness. Otherwise, it was a forgettable experience. In order:
1) Despite our three complaints, the bathroom light, which hadn't worked since the beginning of our stay, was only replaced on our last evening.
2) We couldn't use hot water for an entire day—a boiler glitch can happen, but it's absurd that something like this isn't communicated. If we'd known, we would have showered on the beach, but this sloppiness caused my friend to become ill with severe congestion.
3) The staff is practically nonexistent, only seen during restaurant hours (and, when they are present, they're yelling at their relatives on the phone).
4) We asked for a late checkout in case no one arrived on our departure day, but we were quickly dismissed by the manager, who said it was absolutely impossible (I assume this is his first experience as a hotelier...). In fact, he didn't even check to see if someone was actually coming in our place.
5) The icing on the cake is the €5 charge per person for using the ground-floor bathroom after checking out (as indicated by a sign on the bathroom door). I don't even know if this is legal.

Avoid if you can; for the same price, you can certainly find equally strategically located properties that offer true Romagna hospitality.
