Hotel Silvaion in Cesenatico

I'd like to share our experience, which was greatly appreciated by all of us... There were five of us, three women, my husband and I. We had a very comfortable and spacious room, two balconies, excellent daily cleaning... From the increasingly varied breakfast to dinner where you feel like eating at home... Very varied dishes, many appetizers, many side dishes and at least 3 different first and 3 second courses to choose from every day, cooked with passion and you can taste it!! The owner Fabio and all his staff were very kind, always smiling, friendly and ready to help at any time... very close to the beach and in the evening we slept very well thanks to the excellent quiet location... Beautiful experience! We'll be back ❤️

Clean rooms with modern bathrooms and a perfect shower (sliding door that closed perfectly, just the right size for comfortable washing).
It's not beachfront, but you can get to the sea in 3 minutes.
The breakfast was plentiful, and the buffet idea was excellent, with the option of staying until 10:30.
The rooftop pool was spectacular.

We chose to book at the Hotel Silvaion because it seemed like a family-run hotel with a half-board option that perfectly suited our needs.

We weren't disappointed; quite the opposite, we were more than delighted with our stay at this establishment.

From the initial contact, Fabio and his team answered our questions very quickly. Booking, subject to availability, was completed with confidence.
Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and friendly. Everything was explained to us, and even if we needed more information during our stay, the staff was always ready to answer.
All the hotel staff are very polite and eager to help in any situation. It's like a small family where everyone has their role. They are hardworking, dedicated people who never stop, and you sometimes wonder if they ever have time to sleep! Their commitment from breakfast to dinner is truly remarkable. You won't want for anything with the all-inclusive half-board package (still and sparkling water included, and the option to order a bottle of alcohol upon request, avoiding the waste common in all-inclusive hotels!). In the morning, breakfast is a generous buffet with both savory and sweet options! Of course, one can always find fault, but I prefer to highlight the positives since I had everything I needed. Their coffee machine is one of the best I've encountered in hotels! The coffee, hot chocolate, and cappuccino are excellent! I must emphasize this!
Dinner, served buffet-style, is always varied, featuring some typical regional dishes. There's plenty to choose from! Again, I want to highlight the positive aspect: the different options available—a salad, a hot dish, or an appetizer—always fish, meat, and pasta. For dessert, there's mainly fruit (high-quality watermelon and melon), and each evening a slice of cake or ice cream is served at the table. As for the facilities, there's a simple rooftop pool that's perfectly adequate for cooling off in the morning or afternoon after sightseeing, and plenty of sun loungers and a few parasols. For a rooftop pool, we never felt uncomfortably exposed to the sun, so everything was fine. The bar on the ground floor is open until midnight and offers a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices for a hotel. It's pleasant, airy, and breathable.

The rooms are perfectly adequate for the short time we spent there. We didn't turn on the TV once, the air conditioning worked, and the showers, sink, bidet, and toilet had excellent water pressure. We had no plumbing problems during our stay, which is worth noting.

We should mention that the rooms are regularly cleaned, the beds are made daily, the floors are cleaned, and towels are changed regularly or upon request. The rooms are well soundproofed; the hotel isn't responsible for the lack of manners of the adults or children who run around the corridors at night!

The hotel's location is perfect (train station, shops, boutiques, San Marino). There are several parking options. Close to the sea, if you choose the best package, you have access to a private beach with two sun loungers and a parasol per room. 'Lo Bagno,' where these loungers are located, is very quiet, well-maintained, and clean. In a week, we had no problems whatsoever: no thefts, no fights. The staff cleans the beach regularly.

In short, this is a family-run establishment. If you like large resorts with thousands of people, endless food from morning till night, and unlimited alcohol, this isn't the place for you, as you might find yourself complaining about details you miss... You can always find flaws. We think differently: what did I lack to be happy during my week's vacation? The answer is: nothing! We had a fantastic week!

The Silvaion Hotel is a simple hotel, the rooms are clean and spacious, but the courtesy of the staff is priceless. You're not just a number; you're always greeted with a smile. Thanks to all the staff.

Back after so many years nothing has changed. It remains a great hotel. Fabio is an exquisite person like all the service offered. Abundant and limitless breakfast. Excellent quality dinner.

Wonderful stay in this family run hotel.
Grandma Silvana's food is unsurpassed ... goodbye diet ... but on vacation you can. It is impossible to resist the vegetable appetizers, the first courses with homemade pasta and fish, the fish main courses and in order not to miss anything from the desserts.

Excellent accommodation in the two bedrooms, one for my children, one for my wife, me and the cat, the balcony was a corner of paradise.

The welcome of all the staff and of Fabio is excellent. The kitchen always offers a different menu of meat and fish and a decent buffet. The dishes are taken care of and homemade directly by the mother. In addition, dessert and ice cream for children is served every evening.
I recommend this hotel for families with children as it is located on a quiet side street but 2 steps away from the beach and the pedestrian zone.
The swimming pool is on the roof with deck chairs and umbrellas available, ideal for a dip before dinner.
The breakfast buffet offers sweet and savory with homemade desserts.
We will definitely be back.

We have been going to Silvaion for 10 years now,
which is always clean and welcoming. The
staff is super efficient, everyone is super friendly and
always available. Fabio is the best owner a hotel can have!! The food is homely and
of great quality. The property is located at
6/7 minutes walk from the Milan bath and 5
minutes from the main shopping street. And then the terrace is very nice and it is pleasant to stay in the pool.
Unfortunately I didn't go this year and I even miss it. It's like home now. 2 stars scored but 5 heard…highly recommended!!
