Small hotel located near the seafront of Cervia. A welcoming and kind place, like at home, where you can spend a holiday or a relaxing weekend.
The breakfast is taken care of in detail, from organic jams, to homemade peanut butter, not to mention the wide selection of homemade desserts (the pasticciotto Buonisssimoooo)
The dinner if you do half board is worth it because it is homemade and genuine!
We don't eat fish but the chef was very kind and immediately thought of us too!!
Everything excellent!!! I recommend it!

We stayed from August 9th to 16th, my husband, and my two children, aged 13 and 4. The place was welcoming and very well located. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were nice, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Two flaws, in my opinion, were very ridiculous: the €70 parking fee we had to pay, thinking they were using a facility outside the hotel, only to find out when we arrived that the parking was actually their own internal space. I've never experienced anything like this before. Even worse, we only used the bicycles provided by the hotel for one evening, only to find out this morning that they had been charged €30. I'll start by saying that this isn't written anywhere on their website or in their hotel, and we weren't even told when we used them.

We stayed in the new renovated rooms: elegant, comfortable and with attention to the smallest details. The staff was extraordinary, always available and attentive to satisfy our every need. A truly pleasant experience!

Located a stone's throw from the beach and with an agreement with Bagno Fantini, the Anastasi hotel boasts a breakfast capable of satisfying even the most voracious palates. The staff, always available, was able to answer all our questions with courtesy. The room we stayed in was small, but balanced and comfortable, it also has a nice terrace. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me, but it is an extremely subjective detail. A huge thank you to the property and staff for making a lovely vacation even more enjoyable!

Hotel a stone's throw from the beach, a fifteen / twenty minute walk from the center. It offers paid parking. Excellent welcome, helpful and friendly reception staff. Fairly new rooms, a bit small but clean. Hearty and well-organized breakfast .. the only negative note: the lady who welcomes you in the dining room is a bit grumpy, especially with young people ..

The hotel is in a great location and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Everything is newly renovated and nicely done. The beds could be more comfortable and a bit longer for tall people! Our room was small but well furnished and had a balcony and a view of the sea. The staff, including the boss, are very courteous and friendly. Price-performance was also very good. We'll be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked through booking.com to stay in 2020 and due to Covid was unable to visit so this was rescheduled to this year. Unfortunately my flights were cancelled and at the time Italy were only allowing tourists in from the UK if they quarantined for 5 days. I contacted booking.com who advised me I was eligible for a refund. Once talking to the hotel it became clear that I was supposed to be offered a refund or one opportunity to move my reservation. The hotel created a refund without my consent and rebooked my travel dates. They refused it move it again for me after my flights got cancelled. I have no way of getting in to the country, but they kept insisting I try and make it?? Hotel didn’t offer me a credit or any chance to use the rooms I paid for. Disappointing and heartbreaking they have taken nearly £1000 of my money and were not transparent about how they were handling it. Not flexible during Covid and only out there to take money!! I would have requested the refund and rebooked when all travel restrictions lifted but unfortunately was not given that opportunity. Would not recommend to anyone!!!

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are also beautiful, spacious and clean.

The staff, should be more educated in the level of communication with the customer and solve the problems in a professional way.

Beautiful hotel, friendly helpful staff.

Breakfast full of choice.

We were upgraded to a family suite. The room had a huge balcony facing the sea. We also had complimentary sunbeds at bagno 169 via the hotel. My only gripe would be that if you want to use the swimming pool then it's 50euros per adult which we weren't aware of.

Will definitely be back.

the rooms have thin walls and the corridors are all in ceramic, so any one walking at night could wake you up, the checkin was hard as the staff assigned doesn't know English, the linens where not clean, we actually left one night before our booking because of how this Hotel is.
The breakfast isn't clean, the jars are not well cleaned, the bread is stale.

wouldn't recommend this place, I dont know why it is highly rated on booking or how it became 4-star hotel

Exceptional hotel stay during the 2019 Italian Ironman!
The room was generous in size and spotless, the daily breakfast was fantastic and the front desk staff in particular Nicole were fantastic in helping us with a few additional requests. The quality of the hotel experience really contributed to our great stay in Cervia. Thank you.
