He is a concierge, a tour guide, a problem solver, an example of positivity.
Breakfast here is the best I ever had since I am traveling the world. I can not describe it. You will have to come here to feel it.
The cleaningness is over standards. The housekeeping ladies are doing an excellent work.
Only superlative comments.
For sure I know where to return when I will visit emigliana romagna again.

Amazing hotel with the greatest and kindest staff!!! The beach is just a few steps away and surroundings are lovely. A big thank you to all workers of the hotel who always were greeting us with a smile and taking care of us. Not to even mention Mister Luciano who was waiting for us with a tasty and warm meal everyday. Even after a long day we were ready to dance in the evening with him as our dj!!! Once again thank you so much for such a lovely time ❤️

The hotel is located just right near beach in a quiet and paceful street. The rooms are equiped with working AC unit, TV, and all you need, furthermore everything was really clean and well taken care of. The staff was really friendly and keen to talk with everyone and also really helpful. Special thanks to the owner for making everything great and throwing out amazing party!!! A very successful stay. The beach is close to the location, many restaurants, clubs. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has parking very close. There are superb promenades. There is even an amusement park a few kilometers away, Mirabilandia. Here you can find both the peace you need on vacation and night entertainment.

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was fantastic. The location was fabulous - 3 minutes walk to the beach, in addition, they have bikes you can cycle which was an amazing thing. The breakfast shocked me because it was so amazing, catered for everyone, and had lots of different food types. The room was great, very clean and comfortable, and did not disappoint. Common areas were spacious and great to work/relax and management was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely come back to stay at Hotel Napoleon
