The hotel looks very nice. The staff is incredibly nice. We didn’t have the chance to try the swimming pool but it looked lovely. The hotel position is great - we were able to see the sea and the beach from our room. It would probably need a renovation but it was super clean and comfortable.

This is our fifth time staying at the hotel.
We always look forward to our stay at the Excelsior. From the owner to the staff, everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. The service is superb. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel is excellent: well-maintained, elegant, quiet, and in an excellent location.

I spent a few days on vacation and stayed at the Excelsior Hotel. The location is ideal, but it's the hotel management that makes the difference. The real added value. Starting with the highly professional and, above all, always available owners. Kindness, friendliness, and customer service are hallmarks of this establishment, and what's striking is that the entire staff embodies this genuine way of hosting guests. The room and services were top-notch. Parking was no problem. The beachfront pool was immaculately maintained. When I want to leave Cesenatico and Gatteo Mare, the Excelsior awaits me! We will be back! What a nice, clean hotel with a unique, large terrace at the entrance area! The hotel manager speaks excellent German and every wish is fulfilled. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The whole area is very clean and a large pool rounds off the perfect vacation. Thank you for the great time and the great vacation! 💟

I was a few days but I must say that I liked good cleanliness, large comfortable environment, nice clean rooms, also spacious and as a very kind room service in short, I personally recommend it

Simply perfect hotel: the staff is helpful, friendly, polite and ready to satisfy any request. The attention is all directed towards the customer, all taken care of in the small details. Perfect room, hotel and pool cleanliness; quiet rooms with air conditioning.
Highly recommended, the real highlight is the really kind staff. I will definitely be back.
