Located: on the promenade of Rimini, 3.4 km from the international airport Federico Fellini.

Consists of a 4 storey building.

Only 43 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach, 50 m from the hotel, on the beachfront. Between the beach and the hotel is a road. Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee.

This hotel is located right next to the beach. The hotel staff is very serviceminded. Room was spaceious and very clean.Parking is very small, but you hand over the key, and they move the cars around, so that everyone could get a space+ get out when needed. Breakfast is good. We rented umbrella + sunbeds at reception for the first day, but it's better to rent at the beach (better price and position).
Many restautant on the main street and near busstop for going to city old/center and railwaystation.
This is so far, really good place to stay.

Great stay - only one (unlucky) minor issue!
Great location, minutes away from the beach although the beach is shared with other hotels so not as private as advertised. Room was great, breakfast service was also really good & overall our experience was fab! Not far from the airport, good food & drinks options nearby - Sangria at a bar on the beach called Casita was our favourite! We had an issue with AC unit leaking in our room but other than that was a great stay!

Great stay in Rimini.
This was a great stay in Rimini. Hotel is next to the beach, easy to get to (by car).
The parkingservice is good. Small p-spot, but the staff change the cars around, so you always get your car. The frontdesk is so helpfull and nice. Room was great, clean and a lot of space. Breakfast is very good (for Italien) with a everything (warm and cold). Many restaurants near by (not all good- check Net before going out) and also bus to go to old town etc. First day we bought umbrella and sunbed at hotel, but we did get better deal at the beach.We love to come back here...and I think we will.

It was okay overall, a bit outdated and needs some makeover. Shower pressure mostly. Small room.. Construction works outside is a huge negative of your room is facing sea!! Obviously parking is very tight, but good to leave the key with the reception. Staff is nice and helpful!
