We just spent three days at this hotel with our teenage children and we recommend it. First because there is the possibility of having connecting rooms; the very nice pool is open until 11pm! In addition there is a small pool with hydromassage, then there are bicycles available convenient for reaching Cesenatico (for those with small children there are also seats), ping pong table, gym and much more. The beach is close by and the staff is very kind.

Optimal location for proximity to the sea.
Standard rooms with the necessary comforts.
Too bad the poor service, with inexperience of the manager who sins of a slight arrogance (and reprimands the employees in front of customers, we are just not there).
The buffets are nothing exceptional, especially lunch/dinner something more than fresh vegetables would have been appreciated.
For breakfast there are no alternatives for gluten/lactose intolerants.

Cozy hotel. Had a great 10 days. Clean hotel, had a great meal with many menu choices. Super professional dining room manager Cristina, the splendid waitresses Stella and Roxana, all ready to satisfy every need regarding the kitchen. Nice pool with spectacular heated jacuzzi. I recommend 100x100. We will certainly return.

Excellent hotel in everything .. The kindness of the staff makes you feel pampered and at home. All but all super active and smiling. Plus points for home cooking and excellent. I cannot fail to mention the pre-departure car glass washing service. Top. Thanks for a relaxing week.

A very nice and clean hotel.
The location is fantastic. All rooms have sea views.
The breakfast is varied and delicious.
The pool is very clean and well-maintained. Rooms are cleaned daily, and towels and sheets are changed. The rooms are a little small but enough.
The hotel is very professionally run. Congratulations and thank you..

made a last minute booking for my son and I to stay at this hotel for the weekend as we are in italy travelling around. Specifically booked a twin room which they accepted but when we got there it was a double. To say the manager could not give a damn would be a massive understatement. Had to ask for extra bedding as they just couldnt or wouldn't come up with any solution to the problem. Then the one morning I was downstairs working early and asked if I could get a coffee at 7:45 to be told that breakfast is from 8 - fair enough I can wait 15 minutes within the next 5 minutes loads of people sat at their tables eating breakfast seemingly the 8 am embargo only applied to me 😂

A great location with beautiful sea view, in the middle of the hustle and bustle of life but in a quiet location. The hotel is kept clean at all times and the staff work in a coordinated and well organized system. They are friendly and treat even the most problematic guests with patience and dedication. Service is fast and accurate. The cuisine is excellent, quality and plentiful. All services are excellent, the beach is tidy and clean. Thanks to all the hotel staff for their hard work and smiles.

What a scam ! Please read my review and aviod this hotel if you can.
We have paid for 2 days all inclusive option.
On arrival they have advised us,that we need to decide the meals straight away.
6 choices and you can choose max 2 options plus one desert.
We didn’t like the menu at all,plus when have asked for a coffee for a dinner,they said the coffee is extra.
On all inclusive vacation…
We wanted to leave first night,they have advised us,that we cannot as we would loose all the money.
Hotel has advised us,that we can contact the booking and we can change the all inclusive option to bed and breakfast.
So we did.
The receptionist has asked for our bank details,so they will send our money back,but of course they have not.
Booking is asking us to contact the property,but the property is not responding…

Please,if you want to go for a nice vacation,book something else,not this hotel…
