Garden in Cesenatico

I stayed a week with my grandmother in July. I state that it would never have been my choice, given that I am 30 years old and the target of the structure is mainly made up of children and over 60s.
The property is clean and located in front of the beach. Unfortunately the rooms they gave us are not exactly like those shown in the photograph on the website. I stayed 5 nights in a single room where I could hardly remove myself and there was no shower tray either, so every shower was a total flood.
The cuisine is not exceptional, but I understand that cooking for so many people is not easy, so the quality has become a bit desired.
Didn't find the staff as courteous as read in other reviews. The waitresses are very nice and sociable. However, I did not find the managers and people at the reception particularly professional. Apart from the total lack of empathy towards my grandmother who was not well, they didn't even meet us on the last day, when we had to leave early given my grandmother's health conditions. Not a hand to load the suitcases, not a small visa discount, the day less than our program. Overall, I define my stay as rather disappointing compared to expectations.

We stayed since July 2022, unfriendly staff unlike some waitresses, you cannot enter the hotel with strollers, dining room too crowded and not very ventilated, the kitchen leaves something to be desired, clean environment
