The hotel blew my mind with how perfect it was in every possible way. The kindest staff and the best location and tge most comfortable, cleanest and wonderfully decorated rooms, the most delicious breakfast... just dreamy.

Right in front of Ferrara Castle with a spacious room and toilet big enough for couples and travellers with kids. Surrounded by bars and restaurants and all the tourists services the city can offer. Although the hotel is part of a traffic restricted area, the city allows travellers to unload and reload luggages on their car with an exemption as long as you fill the related form at the hotel.

The Hotel was nice and centrally located. No elevator. The breakfast was mediocre. They put us in a front room facing the street and neglected to tell us their was an electronic music disco across the street. with the bass thumping and music going until 1am. Every now and then the DJ would get on the mike it was hellacious. Then after 1am all the kids went out into the street which I failed to mention had an echo like the Grand Canyon.The revelry could be heard until 5am. I would not book a room here on a Friday or Sat nite..

Some good some bad
Unfortunately, the ground floor had strong sewer odor for two days, very off putting. Room was satisfactory 3 star type room. No elevator. The staff helped with bags to second floor. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bathroom was new hot shower. Carpet in halls was dingy.

Nice hotel
I was very happy with my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was comfortable. The bathroom was nice, especially the shower. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. I would definitely stay here again and I do recommend it. The location is great, too.

The hotel is in the center of the old city next to the cathedral. There is no elevator. The room is well-equipped. The bathroom has an exhaust fan and the noise is very loud. But the funny thing is that there is no switch to turn it off unless you pull out the power card. But if you pull out the power card, there is no light at night and there is no light at all. The phone cannot be charged. So it will be very confusing~ In addition, the noise of the refrigerator is not small, and the power will not be cut off even if the power card is removed. The refrigerator is firmly installed and cannot be unplugged, so I have to sleep amidst all kinds of noise.

Carpet was vey old and did not give good impression in the communal l areas. The room was cheap but the price is low. Poor water pressure in the shower . Breakfast good . Staff very friendly
