The hotel is 1 km away from the train station and close to the city center. You can walk to various attractions and visit the old town. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet, which of course is related to the size and population density of the city itself.

Location is very good. While close to the historic city center ~5min also at a 15m walking diatance from the train station. Rooms are ergonomic in many aspects (light switches,sockets , storage spaces etc) but there are doors connecting them that dont soundproof well i.e. I could hear my neighbours TV. staff is very nice, location is the best in Ferrara, however a few items are needed here: shower has no shelf or ledge or anywhere but the small floor to put anything - bar-soap, shampoo, wash rag, etc; in the room: window screens in all the bedrooms to allow fresh air in without flys and bugs, (this will save energy money too), and also weather stripping insulation around the doors to each rooms...

Convenient to go out for a walk

I am a usual customer, but this time there was no heating at the hotel on the first night and the room temperature was 18C. To me that is unacceptable. I have requested additional electric heater, but it was not available. It was a rough night and for a 4 star hotel it is unacceptable to have such conditions.

We stayed in a spacious room with a terrace! It was lovely. The breakfast was absolutely the best!

Right in front of Ferrara Castle with a spacious room and toilet big enough for couples and travellers with kids. Surrounded by bars and restaurants and all the tourists services the city can offer. Although the hotel is part of a traffic restricted area, the city allows travellers to unload and reload luggages on their car with an exemption as long as you fill the related form at the hotel.

They put us in a front room facing the street and neglected to tell us their was an electronic music disco across the street. with the bass thumping and music going until 1am. Excellent location near the Duomo. The rooms are cozy and neat, facing a quiet street. The host speaks good English, and he is very nice and very patient. The hotel is located opposite a shopping mall with many shops such as a Sephora, and even a supermarket! Only a 5 min walk away, and the main town is very accessible too with lots to do! The 'welcome pack' comprising a few drink sachets and biscuits was disappointing considering what I paid. We spent a day of total relaxation: a lovely swim in the pool, a large hot tub, a hot sauna, herbal teas for all tastes, lunch with piadina and homemade desserts, a walk by the lake, and a warm welcome. I recommend bringing life jackets for those traveling with small children.

Pleasant hotel near industrial areas outside the city (15 minutes by car to the center). The hotel is nice, clean, quiet, big garden, well equipped. Breakfast is not in the dining room, but basic meals from packaged semi-finished products are prepared in the room (biscuits, juice, etc.). If you need it as a base for a short visit to Ferrara or to sleep on the road, an excellent choice.
