It is a typical italian, family place. Very kindly team, very good and creative breakfast. It was enjoy to stay here. ☺️

We stayed two nights and couldn't wait to leave. Damp and not very clean rooms. At the reception rude and unorganized. Better not talk about breakfast. The only positive thing is that it is located in the middle of the greenery. We will never go back again.

very welcoming place in the middle of the greenery, clean, tidy and very kind staff. Quiet and tidy room. Despite the location immersed in the green countryside, access to the motorway is not very far. Waking up in the morning in this place gives you a boost of energy. I was very satisfied, I will return. Well done and congratulations to the owners.

We had a reservation with Smartbox for one night and dinner, we added another 40 euros to have dinner. The hotel never answered the phone, the day before arrival we called and sent emails to check in to no avail. The morning of check-in still no news, since we found reviews of people who waited hours for someone to arrive once they arrived, we always canceled by email. Magic, to the cancellation email they replied that they wouldn't cancel because otherwise they would have to pay a penalty, not even an excuse for not being available in days. Smartbox says that without cancellation there is no refund, nice game, blaming each other for the disservice. The total cost of dealing with rude and unserious people is 139.00 euros.

Close to city , if you pass from high way its ok . Owner great , meal and service super . We had great breakfasts after Christmas trip.

Affordable, family-run hotel 15 minutes from center of Ferrara. Clean, quiet and tidy with a good breakfast. Definitely a recommendation.

We stayed in this hotel for a weekend in Ferrara and Comacchio using a smart box.
Hotel immersed in the green countryside on the edge of the city but only 7 minutes by car from the historic center.
The rooms are clean and quite quiet, the bathroom is very large and bright.
Exquisite staff available to our every request, abundant and rich breakfast (wide choice of products between sweet and savory, very good homemade cakes)
I'm only sorry not to have tried their dinner, the pride of the hotel owner and of which we speak very well in these pages and not to have greeted the very kind owner since at the time of our departure he was busy on the phone.
