Hotel Niagara in Riccione

The hotel has a practice of canceling your reservation if a customer pays more. Avoid this if you want to ensure you won't be left without a place to stay at the last minute.

I'm just shocked by this poor customer service.
We closed a room for 4 nights (we wrote Milan in booking search ) and encountered a problem that this is not the location After only 2 minutes from the moment we booked. we asked to cancel and charged us for it for 300 shekels, even after we talked to the hotel and also booking nothing was helping . A person can not regret after 2 minutes? So fast to charge his money? We are on our honeymoon and very frustrated by it. Very sad that this is your service!

WHAT A MESS...
My friends and I booked this hotel for exactly two nights at the price of 480 € ...
Upon arrival we discover that it is necessary to leave a 200 € deposit, without being notified in time, finding ourselves in the embarrassment of having to exchange money to leave them and receive them only at the end of the holiday ...

What a pity a 2x4 room to say a lot,
in these there were 2 bunk beds a very damaged micro cabinet, an open wardrobe in poor condition, a TV that naturally had no remote control, dirty air conditioner
No mosquito net ....
No personal balcony indeed, no passage to the balcony, since you had to go out the window (and not French doors ..) to find yourself on the common balcony
Cleanliness in the norm and perhaps below ...
Naturally plasterboard walls (I assume), which allows you to be disturbed and disturb the other rooms with very little

In front of this "room" (if you want to call it that), an approximate 2x2 bathroom equipped with a shower with doors that did not close, and a sink with a plumbing problem that did not allow the water to flow smoothly. .
To conclude Bathroom and room divided not by a door ... but by a broken plastic "fan", not working and almost divided by the wall with natural risk of flooding ...

All hotels usually tend to have agreements with some bathrooms, this no, only an agreement with a water park (?)
The breakfast, all in all, is nothing special, I've seen worse, but even better. If nothing else the breakfast staff were courteous ...

REALLY VERY BAD

My 3 friends and I stayed for two nights in an economy quadruple room for 480 euros.
Arriving at the reception, they asked us for a deposit of 50 euros each (no one had informed us before).
The room was very small, with two bunk beds in the space of a single, practically unmanageable as a space. In the room there was a very basic wardrobe and the air conditioner that went on sometimes yes and sometimes not. The bathroom didn't even have a door, a kind of half-broken folding partition. The bathroom when you washed was half flooded. The window had access to the balcony (common to the other rooms) but it was not a French window, essentially you had to climb over the window. Cleaning the bare minimum, but under the bed full of dust.
The breakfast was decent, there was both sweet and savory, the service discreet. The only positive thing I can say is that it was not far from the beach, and it is close to the central street. However, we thought we had an agreement with a beach ... instead, they have an agreement with a water park (?).
In conclusion, I think that groups of kids are treated differently, that is worse, than the other guests, despite the fact that we were kind and we were not troublemakers. The room was way below average for what we paid, small and cramped. I do not recommend this hotel for groups of kids who would like to stay there.
