Hotel Mignon in Riccione

Excellent hosting!!! Very good breakfast!!!

We booked in this structure for a week with a baby of a few months, we stayed only one day, then we ran away, (I prefer not to dwell on the details, already listed by a previous customer)
It was an extremely unpleasant and embarrassing experience to forget, especially because of the lady's attitude towards us. What a pity !!!!!! On the contrary, Mr. Franco turned out to be a kind, polite, professional and helpful person. Good luck and good continuation Mr. Franco !!!!

I spent an unpleasant vacation with two friends. Approximate reception, dirty rooms, lack of towels for all three as they are ready only in the evening, as they have to dry. Small rooms, uncomfortable beds and pillows. All very dusty, not enough cleaning.
Little consideration of the customer and his needs: we had to ask three times and wait several hours to add towels and toilet paper, which was not replaced when the room was cleaned.
The terrace is quite small, with a small and low drying rack, so it is not possible to hang towels or long dresses. The seafront view could be better, as the plants in front of the hotel cover it.
As for the dining room it is very small; not all the diners are there, so some tables, despite the adverse weather conditions, are arranged on the poorly sheltered terrace, in bar tables that are too small for all three dishes, water and condiments. The rest of the tables in the room are too close together, and the passage of people and waiters is also not very comfortable. We have undergone constant changes of tables, and for various breakfasts we had to sit at tables in other rooms, because ours was not there.
Decent breakfast buffet, food in small portions and not very good.
The plates, cutlery and glasses were often dirty and greasy.
The location of the hotel is quite convenient, however the services offered are not adequate for the hotel category.
