The small and cosy hotel is located in the centre of Riccione, a few steps from the beach, near the Spa centre and within walking distance from the shopping street Viale Ceccarini.

Built: 1960

Restored: 1995

Location: in the centre of Riccione, 400 m from Viale Ceccarini. To city SPA Riccione Terme and 500 m from Riccione train station is 1 km away. Distance from airports: Rimini – 7 km, Ancona 80 km, Bus stop No. 52 bus (no. 11), beach No. 58.

Consists of a 4 storey building.

The hotel has 45 rooms.

Beach: public, sandy, in 30 m from hotel, across the road, the first coastal line. The use of beach equipment - for an additional fee.

On the hotel territory: restaurant, bar, outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi, TV room, Elevator, air conditioning, gym, free Parking

This was my niece's hotel, my mistake.

I have been going to riccione for the best part of thirty years and never stayed in a hotel, this year I decided to go to the ascot and wasn't disappointed, a very warm welcome awaited was shown to a lovely room with a balcony with a sea view, nice bathroom and TV.
Downstairs there is an amazing bar with excellent drinks at fair prices and staff that know how to make a proper drink. Then there is the spacious restaurant with a large selection of antipasti on offer that changes twice a day a good selection for everyone to choose from then there was the three course meal that followed which was some of the best I've tasted in Italy which says something about the hotel. The restaurant waiter's were excellent at what they do and very helpful and polite to everyone. Finally the is a lovely pool outside with water jets at one end to massage your back and a jacuzzi around the corner and abou a dozen or so sun beds around the pool and an outdoor seating area to sit and eat or relax with friends. I can't wait to return next year now I'm back home,I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Ordinary small hotel. Certainly not 4*, but rather a 2.5*! First line. It's near a road with quite heavy traffic, creating noise from early morning. The rooms on the Southeast side of the hotel overlook the trash, from which also a lot of noise in the morning and throughout the day. Very simple Breakfast, self-catering no. Housekeeping was regular and good.
