We recently enjoyed a magical three-week stay at Colle dei Pini Residence in Riccione, and it was an experience we'll never forget. From the moment we arrived, the director, Fabio, made us feel at home. He was always available with excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions, and his friendly demeanor and constant smile added to the warmth of our stay. The residence is surrounded by beautiful greenery, which made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere—just what we needed to disconnect from city life. Our apartment was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Special thanks to Alessandra and Roberta, who were always cheerful and ready to help, and to Alessandro, the handyman, for his excellent work. The highlight of our stay was the gorgeous swimming pool located right next to our apartment. It was the perfect place to relax, and it was always kept super clean. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful residence with our favorite team! Thanks to everyone at Colle dei Pini for making our holiday truly magical. Helena 😊

Awfull place! Dirty and outdated. Lots of noise from other guests, hopeless parking. Not suited for families at all. Messy outdoor areas and the laundry room is terrible! Stay away from this place!!

Very good location outside the center and away from immense chaos in the greenery but at the same time cmq near the sea comfortable apartment for families. Outside there is also a large beautiful swimming pool. Unfortunately the sore night sn the cleaning I'm sorry but above all the part of the kitchen ....... all sticky a pity, so much so that I didn't use it for cooking 😏😏 for the rest we were fine 👌👌👌

What to say as soon as you arrive you find yourself in front of a private gate. Where through an access code you can access a parking space in the shade which is not just. Thanks to the good signage you can reach the reception without any problem where the staff cordially welcomes us to the residence and leaves us the keys to the apartment, consisting of a large kitchen and a Spectacular living room with private mini dehor while on the first floor there are three beautiful bedrooms, one with a private bathroom while the second bathroom is located in the corridor, all surrounded by a splendid outdoor swimming pool where you can relax.

Not even 1 star. Terrible idea to stay here! Villa with 3 bedrooms is old inside, no AC, no Wi-Fi. All the walls and doors are very thin, you can hear every whisper from the next room. Bathroom can not be locked. Second bedroom for 2 has 2 mattresses put together, so they disperse during the night. After few days stay water supply and grey water system has died in Master bathroom, but as that was Friday no one could fix it till Monday. And at the end window in the Master bathroom has fallen out completely and has hurt father. If you are planning spend holidays here just don't.
