The room is clean. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The elevator broke down twice in one day.

Disappointing Stay

Our recent stay at Color Hotel was quite disappointing due to several issues we encountered.

Firstly, the room we were assigned had the bed placed right next to the door. This setup made it extremely noisy as we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Moreover, the room was designed for handicapped individuals, which wasn't what we had requested. This meant the bathroom had no shower door, leading to constant flooding every time we showered. The bathroom also lacked a window, resulting in a persistent unpleasant odor.

Breakfast was another major letdown. The selection was very limited, offering only one type of salami, one type of cheese, and a few other options. The eggs had a strange taste, and everything seemed very cheap. The sodas tasted artificial, and to our surprise, they even used fake chocolate in a Nutella jar. Furthermore, the breakfast menu remained the same every day, which became quite monotonous.

Despite all this, the hotel staff was very friendly and helping.

Overall, our experience was far from satisfactory. We expected much better for the price we paid and hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

Everything is new and the rooms are nice but the cleaning is very bad, they also didn't sanitize anything, especially in the common areas. we had three rooms and in one they didn't even clean the bathroom. The only positive thing was the service of Mrs. Maria in the excellent room. also if you need a taxi I suggest you call it on your own because from the reseption they don't get a taxi but private cars without a license.
