Anversa in Rimini

I stayed a week in Rimini in this hotel, with accommodation in a double room and full board with beach service.
Where to start, the room was totally different from how it had been described in the estimate phase: a very small bathroom in which you barely had the space to take a shower, no bidet; There was also no mini fridge where you can store any medicines or water, creating a lot of discomfort; Very dirty rooms and the change of sheets, in our case, took place only on the fourth day.
Inside the hotel restaurant, ALL anti Covid prevention measures were absent, both in the buffet table and in that of all guests. In the same way, the rules were not respected by all the employees of the staff, starting with the director, with whom there were various misunderstandings due to his lack of professionalism and general rudeness from the first moment we arrived .. Perhaps due from the fact that despite accepting animals in the facility, he actually didn't really want them?
Finally, the few things about which nothing can be said were the quality of the food with the à la carte menu of the restaurant in the hotel and the agreed beach service (although at the establishment the dog had to pay a minimum extra, when instead they told us was included at no additional cost, yet another misunderstanding).
