Hotel Giannini in Rimini

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Giannini 1 near the airport. The location was very convenient, but what impressed me the most was the incredible view from my room—it truly helped me relax and clear my mind. The room itself was comfortable and cleaned every day, which made my stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was varied and satisfying, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, the highlight for me was definitely the view—absolutely the best I have ever experienced.

The Hotel was very good, the best was the Spot because the Walk to the Beach just took 2 Minutes

This is a really friendly family owned hotel. It just undergoing refurbishment, so make sure what kind of room you book. We stayed in the new rooms, they were great.
Nice breakfast and great location for Rimini.
But in my opinion Rimini is TOOO crowded, brutally expensive and kind of boring for being in Italy. But if visiting Rimini this is a great hotel.

It was very comfortable to be

The hotel is in a central position a 10 minutes walks from the train station and airport. The hotel is directly by the beach.
Friendly staff. They speak English.
We were looking for an affordable solution for our journey and we opted for the B&B rates. The area is full of restaurants and shops. If required the hotel can provide you with a discounted vouchers for a specific local restaurant that serve lunch&dinner.
The room was clean and mattresses were very comfy.
The hotel furniture are from the 90s. The owner plans on renovating in the future and they purchased the hotel recently. This was not a problem for us because we planned our days mostly at the beach or outdoor and the hotel provided an affordable, clean accommodation with access to central amenities and the sea. We recommend it if you're also looking for the same solution.

We arrived on 08/10/2021 with a special request, namely to stay in the hotel for 10 days, very competent staff who immediately got to work to allow us to enter the rooms as soon as possible, at 11 us allowed the "check-in", the boy, Giacomo is always available, at any time and is very courteous and active in solving all problems and to accommodate all our requests, thanks Giacomo for what you do for us customers a little '"Break boxes".
It must be said that the hotel lacks a little in the cleanliness of the rooms, otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.
