Family Resort Barone in Rimini

As soon as we opened the bedroom door we went out. I would only recommend it to my worst enemy. Old room broken decaying and with mold on the wall not even hidden or painted. The air conditioner was not there but no matter we are at the sea and it is ventilated outside but there was still the hole from when it was removed communicating with the stanta next to it. Wardrobes that not even my grandmother has them anymore I think recovered at the flea market, I hope they have not paid for them. The window that had to be stuck in the wardrobe to keep it open. Yellow or brown curtains, the color was not clear. The only positive thing is very nice sea view. Luckily we didn't have full board. If you put a hotel in a smartbox make sure how the hotel is. It is not because I use a smartbox for the living room they have to send me to a luxury room but not even a toilet. Perhaps the toilet was better than the room. For those who have booked, if you are in time, run away and if you want to try first make sure of how the room is

Fantozzian Experience! Hotel to say the least shabby and not at all compliant with what was shown in the Lidl travel advertisement, where images of a well furnished and comfortable room were shown. Reality is quite another thing and exceeds all imagination ... Creepy room with holes in the movable walls that fall to pieces, a bed cannot even be explained, and a really dangerous bunk bed. As soon as we entered and I saw the situation I immediately put the dose of anti-fleas on the cat that was with us ... The kitchen without air conditioning (those present full of dust and in the n working), blocked and dirty windows with dirty curtains. If you arrive 5 minutes after the kitchen opens you will not find anything from the appetizer buffet. On the second day I asked if 4 times to have a plate of fries for my kids who hadn't been able to get any at the buffet ... But we didn't even get an answer ... Really shabby breakfast with coffee and juice equipment broken! Waitresses who don't speak Italian. We asked for the heated pool but (as for other patrons in the past) there was a maintenance man and it couldn't be used. The animation that was supposed to be present from 15/06 was only spotted on Saturday 25/06 ... Really shabby ... The electrical sockets also left a lot to be desired ... the air conditioner in addition to being dirty as a sewer is shared with the adjacent room (an old double split) which instead of a canalized drain has a bucket and must be drained otherwise everything blocks! Structure for which to opt only if you are people with a great spirit of adaptation The resort is a very old building, which has undergone some accommodation here and there but which certainly needs a general modernization, also for reasons of safety as well as comfort . We stayed only one night, fortunately not cold, so we were able to sleep with the French door open; if we had not been able to do it we would have literally cooked ourselves from the heat that was released in the pipes that pass under the floor and inside a wall.
