Hb Hotels Orchidea Blu in Rimini

We had an absolutely amazing stay at HB Hotels Orchidea Blu and we couldn’t be more satisfied!

The hotel is located right on the beach, which made everything so convenient and relaxing. We loved being able to walk out and enjoy the sea within seconds.

The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, fresh, and varied. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and we truly appreciated the high level of hygiene throughout our stay.

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. What truly made our experience even more special was the flexibility and understanding we received regarding our dog – the housekeeping staff were always accommodating and made sure everything worked around our needs.

But above all, we would like to give special thanks to the owner – such a warm, helpful, friendly, and genuine person. He made us feel welcome and cared for, and his approach truly reflected the spirit of hospitality.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachfront, and pet-friendly place to stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

An excellent hotel. We booked 3 nights half board and had a thoroughly good time. The breakfast started at 07:30 and consisted of a great spread, would have liked a couple more veggie options, but otherwise excellent. The dinners were also varied and interesting with a sufficient salad bar complimenting them. The room was comfortable and the bathroom seemed recently renovated. The cleaning service was perfect - just emptied the bins and replaced dirty towels and left the rest - exactly what we need for just a few days (we hate it when a hotel insists on making your bed / replacing all sheets etc. every day). The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to charge the car onsite, which was super convenient. The parking charge was also cheaper here (€6/night). Overall excellent, would come back again!

Visiting the hotel for 9 nights in mid September 2023. Family of 3 adults with children 5,3 and 0 years. Due to the unusual make up of guests booking directly with the hotel reception, everything was no problem via email and chat. In a word everything perfect! Arrival already at lunchtime, however we were directed to the dining room to be served lunch immediately, then dealt with our arrival - lovely and attentive. We were glad the hotel had an elevator. (There are several steps to climb to get to it and even the elevator doors are very narrow). Rooms beautifully clean, everything functional, balconies spacious including a drying rack for wet things from the sea - how practical! In the best accommodation program you also get access to beach number 59, where you have 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds in your reservation. The beach facilities include toilets, newspapers, WiFi and a children's playground. The food at the hotel is excellent, great tasting with self service options when served - just right for the kids. Parking at the end of the street behind a barrier in a floodlit area. Hotel pool is outdoor and located in the next street - clean. The hotel has children in mind - high chairs in the dining room and a bed mattress were offered to us by the attentive staff. Thank you all so much for our perfect holiday!

Ospitality and nice apartment, with tv, a beautiful bath and an excellent shower. From receptionists to waiters, all the workers and co-workers are so kind! I think the only thing to improve is the restaurant, but it was good enough :)
