Hotel Orchidea in Rimini

I don't have words to explain how bad is this place.We got room on the third,last floor,under the roof,the higest point in the room Is approximaty 2,20m,the lowest 1m.Two small windows are beginig from the floor.You can't go normaly to the bed,since the sealing is very low or to walk in the room.It was very hot and we had some air conditioner,but we had to change bowl with water from it every hour and a half.We didn't get normal soft towels,instead of that they gave us some napkins or what ever that was.We were lucky since we spent there only one night.
Parking was good,but in another street,no one didn't tell us that info.Bathroom door can't close.
And to add,I could't see how high Is sealing on booking pictures,if I was I wouldn't book this cage.Wi-fi didn't work in room.
Recepcionist first sent us on second floor,when we could't find our room,he just told us that he mixed floors,like he doesn't work there.

The receptionist updated us that there were no other rooms available and that the family members had not been refurbished. He also made a note of the non-cleaning. I remember that the reviews are for those who buy a room, so as not to find nasty surprises, as happened to us, not for those who sell, because as an owner he should not be surprised, but know the situation of his rooms well. I remind you that the front page advertisement on your website states that the rooms have been refurbished, not that only some are. What I have described can be viewed through the real photos.
