Hotel Kim in Rimini

I must say that we have never been in a two-star hotel, but that doesn't mean it should be that way: when we arrived in the corridor in front of our room there was a large stain on the floor that could be seen against the light with splashes all around as if something acidic had fallen (fruit juice, vomit, etc.). Entering the room as I always do when traveling with a small child, I check the status of the air conditioner, I open where the filters are and find at least a good centimeter of dust covering them, lifting the flaps where the air comes out there was a black patina, so despite the high temperatures and the heat of those days we chose to suffer from the heat rather than get some disease. The room wasn't very clean either, under the beds there was dust that had accumulated for a long time and surprise..... entering the bathroom I find a net attached to the shower box with some shells inside that probably the child of the previous family had put out to dry, a child who liked fishing because even on the balcony we found a dead crab on a chair. As for the food, the side dish buffet was very poor while the quality of the courses varied based on what you chose. Conclusion: we give one star only because you can't give less and because, unlike other hotels, the bathroom in our room was large.

Staff very friendly...nice...helpful. Beds catastrophic...you can feel every single spring...should be replaced....shower not suitable for over 90 kg...entrance too narrow. Towels despite putting them on the floor...no new towels for 3 days. After complaining, we got some in our room immediately. You can do without the kitchen with half board. It has nothing to do with Romagna cuisine. You can also prepare good food with little effort. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Tasteless and sometimes cold. Sometimes even inedible... From September onwards, there were no longer 3 dishes to choose from, even though this was stated on the menu. Window curtains dirty and partly hanging from the ceiling. When we booked a double room, we got a 4-bed room. The bunk bed almost half blocked the entrance to the bathroom. Monitor as a TV...you could hardly see anything as it was much too small. All in all, a real shame...as everyone was very friendly. But friendliness alone is of no use in running and maintaining a hotel. The breakfast was okay...although there was no toast or rolls...just one type of bread and a milk roll. There was no shortage of sweets. The cold cuts and cheese were the same every day, with no variety. One coffee machine for the entire hotel was a bit too few. If you just want a bed and breakfast...it's fine...if you can sleep on sagging beds. You can also save yourself the €10 daily parking fee. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel and all around. We left the hotel early despite having booked a long time ago because we had back pain and we didn't like the food and it didn't agree with us, or some of it was bad. Thanks to the friendly staff anyway.

Pillows are or very light or very heavy. Shower drain all blocked. The toilet leaking water every time you flush it down. You can also hear every single step, door or cries of the outside of the room. No value at all for the price you pay.

A very disappointing hotel
Booked this hotel given the good reviews It had however could not have been more disappointed. Firstly there was no hot water in the shower and the shower drain was totally blocked. The bed was rock hard and I don't think the pillows had been changed in 10years. The aircomditioing kept cutting off at night and also was full of mould. To make things worse the doors were hollow and could hear everything coming from hotel corridors. Given the price we paid it was a very disappointing stay
