Hi.Iam a business traveller with estimated 120days per year in Hotels. Thats my only 1 star in 3years!
Why? The service is unlike an Hotel but rather a private accomodation quality, ie Taxes shall be part Cash and cannot be invoiced.
They kept my car key for 3d, bc they permanently shuffle on the car park. Dont tell me its normal behaviour as its my privacy. Plus 10Euro for a March,non-vacation, low/low season. Ok. So god will.
Worst thing, apart from rooms arr ok and clean. They enter the room despite clear sign 'do not disturb'. I hate nothing more than entering someone my space. Disgusting. After I shared, in Italian polite Translation to the owner, Mrs Barbara, she had nothing to answer apart from "ok".
All-in, you receive stars for a combined performance. Price was ok, cleaniness also but the package, incl operational excellence and language barriers, highly disappointing.
I dont come back.

I've been coming to Rimini for summer holidays for over thirty years, and I've stayed at the Caesar Hotel for over thirty years.
The hotel is simple but equipped with every comfort, with every room overlooking the sea.
No problem if you need to stay with your dogs; I usually bring mine (Amstaffs), and they've always accommodated my every need.
The food is excellent.
The strong point is above all the kindness and helpfulness of the managers and staff: first Mr. Sante and his wife, then his daughter Silvia, and now his granddaughter Barbara, they make you feel right at home. It's my favorite place in Romagna!
The hotel is simple but equipped with every comfort, with every room overlooking the sea.

We stayed as a couple with our dog, on the all-inclusive plan, and had a great time. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and we appreciated the helpfulness of the cleaning lady, who arranged to tidy up the room while we walked the dog. The sea view was beautiful, and the location was perfect, just steps from the beach. Overall, a pleasant stay, one we would happily repeat.

This seafront hotel is located in the most central area of Rimini, 2 km from the port and 1 km from the historic center (also accessible by bus, the stop being 30 meters from the hotel). It's not modern and definitely needs renovations, but its location is its strong point; the beach is right in front, with direct access to the new promenade, where you can enjoy all the Romagna sunshine.
Parking is available at the hotel or in a fenced parking lot 600 meters away.
The staff is friendly, polite, always smiling, and ready to accommodate your needs.
Impeccably clean both the lobby and the rooms.
As for the food, there's nothing to complain about. Breakfast starts in the morning with a generous sweet and savory buffet, plus juices, yogurt, and an automatic coffee and cappuccino machine. Lunch and dinner offer a generous buffet of vegetables of all kinds, mini pizzas, focaccia, and much more. The wait staff will then serve a first course, second course, dessert, or fruit based on your choice from the menu.
Excellent hotel if you're looking for a family atmosphere, a beachfront location, and authentic food without elaborate presentations.
Parking is available at the hotel or in a fenced parking lot 600 meters away.

My family, friends, and I stayed at the Caesar Hotel at the end of July.
I had booked for 10 days, but as soon as we arrived, we realized that the price we were paying didn't even begin to match the quality found at other hotels in the area for the same price. So, we asked to leave on the first day. However, the owner told us she would charge us for the first three nights anyway, so we stayed for three more days.
My room and that of our friends had a bathroom without a window or a vent, and the towels resembled sandpaper (if you look up, all the towels are hung out on the roof of the hotel, so drying in the sun makes them very rough).
What made us decide to leave was the food. The food is extremely low quality; some dishes were so hungry just looking at them. Drinks are self-service, so every time you order, you have to get up, queue, get the jugs, and refill them one at a time.
As for the second courses, the waiters leave a tray in the middle of the table and everyone takes their portion.
Ms. Barbara was truly rude, enjoying playing little pranks on us that showed her lack of professionalism.
Moreover, when we looked at the bill, we realized that both we and our friends had paid more; when we asked her about it over the phone, she told us we could come back to get our money back.
Finally, since you were dying to know which hotel we had moved to, I want to reassure you that we stayed in Riccione and had a truly wonderful time!

Beachfront hotel! Clean, comfortable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We went full board - the food was great, the chef is fantastic. Lots of vegetables always on the buffet, dessert and fruit. Children are very welcome. I'm very satisfied :)

Good hotel, especially very comfortable because with direct access to the promenade and therefore to the beach. Good and abundant food, and rich breakfast, but you have to remember the lunch and dinner times so as not to risk having all the dishes on the table !! Staff always polite and helpful! Comfortable and well-cleaned rooms. however efficient.

Overall it is an acceptable 3 star which could improve with small adjustments

Do you want to spend a nice holiday? Do not stay at this hotel.
Immediately after lunch we understood that something was wrong, trofie with shrimps completely overcooked, cod in raw batter (two portions out of two) asked for a replacement arrived soaked in oil, granted the benefit of the error we waited for dinner, velvety very salty pumpkin, completely overcooked and sciapa pasta, the roast beef that seemed to be a week old.
We complained to the owner, who initially made a thousand excuses about cooks who had abandoned her, untraceable staff and not up to par, her outburst in wanting to abandon this profession given the indifferent staff ...
In the morning the last test, breakfast: from 8 to 10, we arrive at 9, I ask for bacon with eggs and they tell me that the bacon is finished, period, no chance of having more!
We thought we had reached an agreement, asking to stay overnight only, the lady tells us a price and we accept.
We come back in the evening and she tells us that she was wrong that she cannot make us that price, that we also have to pay her what we have not eaten, because she has spent the money! And at 8pm, he urges us to leave the hotel.
