Best hotel in Rimini. Great service and perfect food!

We have been guests of the Arcade Hotel for some years now. Here you immediately feel at ease: the environment is pleasant and familiar, they are all very kind and helpful. The professionalism at the reception is appreciated. Cleanliness is taken care of, excellent cuisine. It is convenient to everything and in an instant you are on the beach.

I stayed in this hotel in mid-July with two of my friends. We immediately felt at ease thanks to the friendliness of the owners. All excellent from breakfast to lunch and dinner. Very close to the beach, this hotel has all the features that each of us is looking for

My boyfriend and I spent a wonderful week in this structure where Valentina and her parents, Marino and Marinella, welcomed us as if we had always known each other, they tried to satisfy our requests in the best possible way, always with a smile on their lips and for this felt like we were at home. All the staff are kind and polite… from the girls in charge of the rooms, to the doorman… but the icing on the cake was the staff in the room Emidio, Anna and Diana…. Always smiling, sweet and at the same time very professional.
The food is excellent, typical dishes and generous portions. For breakfast there is a choice between sweet (mostly) and salty. The lunch / dinner menu has the choice between 3 first and two second courses accompanied by different side dishes .. to finish with desserts or fruit to taste. To open the dance, a hearty appetizer with lots of vegetables, salads and hot and cold delicacies.
Always available to meet the needs of small children or guests with particular intolerances.
We personally have always chosen fish as a main course and it was delicious.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are new.
The property is located in a limited traffic street and very close to the sea as well as to the main street where there are many shops and amenities close at hand.
The whole package (all inclusive formula) at a more than reasonable price.

The only real flaw of this stay were some customers in my opinion very disrespectful towards Valentina and the staff who worked for us .... They almost never respect the lunch and dinner times (sitting at the table even 30 minutes later ) without realizing what lies behind the management of a hotel pension which is very different from the management of a restaurant. Also making nasty comments about everything.

On the other hand, it was very pleasant to establish good relations with the rest of the holidaymakers ... many of them loyal to the Arcade for several years.
