The location is very convenient Easy to find. The room was small but we had there everything we needed. The breakfast was really good and had a great variety of choices

Breakfast each morning was of a high standard and very enjoyable. While the rooms were compact and the shower temperature fluctuated during the visit, housekeeping maintained excellent cleanliness with daily service

Very good hotel with direct access to the beach and canteen with sea view. Nice food and attentive personnel. Next to a lot of restaurants and a bus stop to get to the city center.

We stayed at the hotel during March, 2025. From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt welcome and at home. With Rimini being 'out of season' and the hotel being quiet, we asked to be moved to the front of the hotel

For the price I payed it was worth it. The view was super and really nice. The hotel is located in a good place. The room was really nice I wished the bathroom was a bit bigger

This was done without a problem by the front desk. The room, 101 was clean, well appointed, with great views across the beach

The first night the weather was not so good; fortunately, there was an extra heater in the room along with the aircon

The shower is quite too small, not easy to use if you are not skinny. :) Literally on the beach, amazing view from terrace. Staff is nice, helpful, the food is average italian kitchen

the owners Silvia and Mose 'flanked by their children (Nicolò if I do not remember bad name very professional) mom and girls reception always with a smile available and nice in everything. even the sea is nice and warm

We had a wonderful week's vacation. The hotel is perfect for families; it has a pool, is very close to the beach, and is just steps from the town center. There's also a large inflatable pool and bike rentals

This solution was a lifesaver during these rainy days. The only drawback is that there isn't a portion of the beach, or more importantly, the sea, where you can take your dog without time restrictions

The reception staff are welcoming and helpful. The triple room overlooks the side, and the balcony offers a lovely view of the sea. The breakfast was varied and good, and the wait staff were very friendly and efficient

Nice kids friendly hotel. We had all inclusive options here and we were very happy with the service. Food was good. Pool was clean and they have access to private beach right across the street.

The connecting rooms were a great solution (for my partner, me, two children, and a medium-sized dog): a double bedroom with a balcony and bathroom, and a bedroom with a bunk bed, a small balcony, and another bathroom

Staying at Rosabianca was really pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located 10 mins walking distance from the station and from the seaside and main beaches

Despite most of the rooms facing the street, the windows are soundproof, keeping noise outside and quite inside. I had a very good sleep in my room and I also enjoyed a nice and cozy breakfast in the morning

On top of the staff being more than helpful the hotel was clean and quite nice, our toilet broke while we where there and they fixed it straight away. If i was ever to go back i wouldn't stay anywhere else

You can walk from airport to the place in about 25 min it’s 1. 8 km distance Easy to walk road with lots of trees for shade. There is also a metro which takes you up 11 min walkable distance if you with luggage

Perfect location for beach, bus stop just outside for train station and city centre. Rooms are perhaps in need of a revamp, however clean and if you're on a budget more than adequate

Bathroom/shower is typical Italian style. Takes a bit of getting used to but again workable. Outdoor pool also and advantage. No qualms about returning here in the future

the apartment they gave us was really nice, it has a nice view of the sea and you can even watch the sunrise from the balcony. you can't avoid problems though like a leaking sink or a couple of burned out lights

Great vacation Hello, we stayed here for our vacation with two children. Overall we were very satisfied. kitchen could be better equiped but other then this everything was really fine

The room has air conditioning, which is very good in this heat. The only thing missing in the room was a refrigerator, but apparently not all hotels had it

The sea was not visible from our balcony, on the balcony there is a table with chairs and a clothes dryer. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea, 2 minutes to the supermarket

Unfortunately October is really dead in the area - most shops, restaurants and hotels are closed, streets quite empty thus if you visit outside the season it is worth to remember that the city feels abandonned

Since it was offseason then I assume the hotel was nearly empty they could have given more fixed room… But from the positive side the room was nicely clean and towels changed in 3 days

We arrived in Rimini at 10:00, but our room was already ready and we were very happy about it! Standard room for two with a kitchen, a small refrigerator (which has a small freezer), a stove, a built-in microwave, air conditioning and a balcony

Hotel is pretty warn out - room smelled really badly and only 2 days after open windows (PS! There are mosquitoes so the sunblinds should be down to keep the insects out) the smell disappared
