The staff was always helpful with directions, transportation, recommendations. The roof top sunbathing and poop was amazing. we stayed 10 days and were very happy with everything

They were a life saver getting us a taxi to the train station on a rainy day

The rooms are not very big but there is everything you need for a weekend. The rooms are clean and equipped with tv, the only thing the conditioner does not have remote control but it is the reception that manages it

I liked breakfasts! They are really good. The administration is nice and always helpful. I’d just recommend to put shelves in the shower. The area is pretty and quiet. Close to main stations.

What I didn't like is that we didn't know we would pay for our dogs staying at the hotel in advance because it wasn't written anywhere but they cut the price for us which was very nice of them

You have the option to choose a room with a sea view, so in the morning, you can grab coffee from the hotel buffet and enjoy a croissant while looking out at the endless sea from the terrace

The room is tiny but it's enough for one person. The bed is comfortable and clean

I had fresh towels every day and the breakfasts were delicious, the products were very fresh, and the entire staff was very nice and helpful

The room itself is small but sufficient. Most importantly, it's very clean

The staff and facilities were great. The local all you can eat of local specialties was exceptional. Breakfast too! The only matter that was subpar were the grungy gray towels

The only downside is the thin walls, which means you can hear everything happening with other guests, which can be particularly annoying when they return late at night and are loud

It is well located for the beach and a short walk or electric scooter into the old town

I was in Rimini at the beginning of May and I couldn't help but go back to this hotel just a stone's throw from the sea! The owner Francesco is always very kind and the breakfast is really excellent!! Highly recommended for value for money

It was very clean, very close to the beach, the staff and owner (Francesco) were friendly and helpful, and the pensione food was simple and delicious, some kind of local fish or seafood at each meal

What a great place! Really nice owners, comfortable rooms, close to the beach and delicious food! Cakes, hot drinks, hummus, toast bread, cheese, salami. Plant-based paradise in Italy. Definitely worth the money and time

They always do their best to please their guests and they do it naturally. They help with advice where best to eat real local food, see places of interest, recommend transportation options in Rimini and elsewhere

Lovely host and area, rooms were clean and air conditioning was a life saver, host offered to drop us at our bus station after departure which is another life saver. Couldn’t recommend any more

It was a good stay, but the room was too small even for someone who is looking for a budget accommodation. It was OK for a two nights stay but longer stay would be questionable

A lot of space under the bed so one could place all pieces of luggage under the bed. A restaurant, a pool, short distance to the beach, shops and bus stop

Maybe it’s the reason why all the complaints about the hotel are written here: people expect a five star hotel when they pay for a three star one

We had a very nice and comfortable stay in Residence Mimosa, nearby the sea. After a small chaos at the beginning we received a very big apartment on the top with a great terrace for a same price like the smaller one

We had an underground garage for our big car few meters from our stay, so we had no fear of getting scratch. Rimini is a very nice town by sea

The room that we were in was good and spacious , but a bit outdated, and some extra cleaning was required, to be a best value for money. Hospitality wise,no comment! All was on an excellent level

The residence is located next to the hotel, which has a swimming pool, where we were able to enter with the dog, without letting him get wet obviously, but so that we could all be together and not get separated
