The rooms were nice but really small. The washer was moldy where you load the detergent and it smelled moldy on the inside. Parking was difficult because you have to park in a garage and walk up a lot of stairs to get to the apartment. Though there's tight street parking near the hotel. The area is nice, but the location of the apartment is difficult when you have a lot of luggage. Trieste was a nice city to visit. Guido checked us in and he did a good job helping us when we needed it.

Beautiful place. Very clean and comfortable.

Very nice space overlooking a park with trees. Close to restaurants and the castle. Comfortable furnishings. Deducting a star because the clothes washer door seal was covered in mold, which is a potent allergen. I shut the door tight and did not use it.

Stayed there for 2 nights because of no available places around for Barcolana period. Was literally disgusting. Everything was shabby and old. Guido was always unavailable in emergencies. The first night, a crazy downstairs neighbor knocked down my door because he heard me walking on the floor. Guido, who lives on the 1d floor, didn't react or apologized at all, just told me “not my problem”. I shouldn't pay for such accommodation and service. Don't recommend!

We have not the slightest complaint about this wonderful accommodation. Hygiene, location, communication with the owner Barbara. Everithing is very perfect about this place!!!!
