It is really home atmosphere without being fake, because Italians just being themselves is wonderful. Breakfast with great Cappuccino and local sweets is really amazing experience. Its 2 minutes from city center. They have my recommendation.

The location was perfect for me as I needed to be central. The staff at reception and at breakfast were helpful and pleasant. But the room was truly disappointing: it was facing an internal courtyard and I had people standing right outside the room having a cigarette and talking. A dog was barking all the time. And I had to keep the curtains closed at all times otherwise parole would look inside the room and there was no privacy. Also the shower box was so tiny I couldn't even wash my back properly. Finally, I could hear every door that would open and close when the cleaner was doing the rooms.

This hotel is in a side street near the centre of Trieste . Nothing pretentious about it . The staff were friendly . The breakfast was more than adequate . Had a single room . It was clean plus a clean bathroom . Would I stay here again , in all probability yes .

An ok place to stay in the centre of Trieste about 20 minutes walk from train station. Very difficult to find, as you cannot see that it is a hotel from the end of the street and until you get right outside. The room itself seemed quite dated with a small bed and old furniture but the bathroom was excellent and recently refurbished. Breakfast was plentiful and is served to you although you have to pre-order on arrival and give a time you want breakfast which is quite a good idea. The staff were mixed, most were pleasant and helpful, one guy in the evening was not helpful at all. Trieste itself is a great city.

On one hand the hotel is lovely and authentic but it lacks a lot of the little thing’s that you would expect for a hotel. Ordering the breakfast in advance is a little strange even for a three star hotel. Staff were friendly and it was expensive at nearly 500 eur for three nights

Nice hotel in the city center, heavenly placed, perfect to explore the town and its surroundings. Spacious and clean rooms, savoury breakfast and a nice and helpful staff. You couldn't ask more.

We were a group of 12 people and all of us were satisfied. The staff was so kind, excellent service. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was great.

Highly recommended almost boutique style hotel. The room was well sized and impeccably clean with plenty of storage, a very comfortable bed, with a large shower room en suite. The hotel itself is that wonderful style of modernised traditional that the Italians are so accomplished at. Buffet breakfast was more than adequate in the matter of both choice and quantity.
The location is perfect for exploring the most interesting parts of the city, and only 10 or so minutes walk (or 15 minutes stroll) from the railway station.
