Clean, staff speak perfect English, location can't be better. The reception staff are the best ever met in all Italy, especially Laura who is very helpful and soooo kind. Bed is very comfortable and breakfast is great. Will surely be back

Ok for 1 night. It's just small and basic. Corridors are small, reception is small, breakfast room is small, bathroom was big but shower was tiny. No luggage storage room, had to leave bags underneath a table in full view of every guest while we went out after checkout. It's also further from the train station than you think. About 15 min walk, along narrow footpaths. Quite tough with lots of luggage.

Fabulous location. 10 mins from station and very close to the central piazza, canal and seafront. Wonderful breakfast. Staff very helpful and communication good before arrival. Room clean with comfortable bed.

Great location very helpful staff. The bathroom was very small with a rain shower in a tiny shower.

Our stay at The Nuovo Albergo was great... the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, clean crisp sheets, comfortable beds, and a nice bathroom. The staff was fantastic and helpful, (especially Laura, thank you for all), and the complimentary breakfast is fresh and varied. The hotel is perfectly located in the old city for walking and visiting. The street entrance however, does not do it justice as it is quite dark and could use some improvement.

Our stay at the Nuovo Albergo was great. Our room was ample, clean, with comfortable beds, clean crisp sheets, and a very nice bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was always fresh and varied. The staff were all vey friendly and helpful (especially Laura... thank you so much). The hotel is well located in the old city center for walking and activities in the city center. All was a pleasant surprise after venturing through the buildings entrance which is quite dark and gloomy.

This hotel was basic but our room had a private bathroom and Air conditioning. 6 stairs to the elevator so not completely accessible however they did have a wheelchair lift. Area around the hotel was safe feeling and close to shopping and restaurants. Great stopover hotel before or after a cruise.
