Great B&B with a nice and large pool, cozy rooms and friendly staff. They offer diner at the B&B, which is nice for hikers. Good service and breakfast, even in COVID times.

I've lost count of the times I've been here.. extraordinary place and whether it's spring, summer or autumn it's always lovely!!! The spritz that Annalisa prepares is super!!!

I believe that our stay in this peaceful corner, located just outside the beautiful and Romanesque Capranica, can be summed up in these two words. In the three days spent at "Francesco's house" we breathed peace and unplugged from daily stress. Everything is simple but full of love and warmth. Francesco is always available to everyone, never intrusive but always ready for any need. An extra cuddle: all 4-legged friends. We will come back to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool as well. One can only say good about this place it is perfect in all respects. Order and cleanliness, harmonious and very pleasant relationship between the house and the greenery that surrounds it, beautiful rooms furnished with care and above all the immense swimming pool which, for those who arrive tired and hot, is a super cuddle.
