Borgo Di Sutri is situated in extensive grounds, around 8 hectares, which makes for an idyllic, leafy setting, and also provides plentiful private parking. Encompassed within the parkland is a small church, so the venue is naturally a destination for weddings. I have to say that it is a 3 star hotel. The double rooms are not very big, the decor is still pleasant, with furniture in modern style from the design eye-catching. Bathrooms are small but equipped with all the sanitary minimum, there is no bathtub, but for a social event/work. The bed is not the most comfortable, in my opinion. The mattress is hard and the pillow very thin. I have not tried to ask...

Perfect for a family The family room with one double and two singles was perfect for the four of us. There was a bar outside of our window, but the windows did a great job of blocking the light and sound. Everything was clean, our only wish would have been that the bathtub had to stop her so we could use it. There was also a decent breakfast that was included, which seems pretty rare in Italy.

Great location. We had a church wedding 4 minutes from there on foot. Room okay and the convenience was that we were late to the wedding but they have reception all night. We didn't have breakfast because we didn't wake up but I was sorry because 98 € in three a night was not very little here !! But overall I would definitely go back.

Noemi and Matteo are wonderful hosts - praoctive, courteous and always helpful. The B&B is atmospheric, the rooms are old world yet fited with modern amenities, very quiet and really pleasant. This is a perfect place for genuine Italian flare. The grounds of this villa are beautiful. The rooms are miniature villas and are right next to the restaurant. The restaurant is an elegant and romantic setting with doors swinging open to the garden area as well as outdoor seating. Most important is the excellent quality of the food!
