The road to get there is super narrow! Upon arrival, they allowed us to check in early which was very nice as we were exhausted. We were shown to our room which was spacious and had its own bathroom. After a couple hours nap, we walked around the house to check out the property which was unkept. I don’t know if they maintain it better in the summer, but going at the end of the “off season” it was looking a little rough. Come bed time, it was very cold in our room. There were radiant heaters but they didn’t work. My husband is usually very warm and he was even shivering when he had to get out of the bed. They definitely had a fire going in the main part of the house as it smelled smokey when we went to check out. Also, at around 10:30pm whomever lives next to the room we were in, turned a TV on with the volume quite high. This kept us up until about 2:15am when it was finally shut off. So overall, some good, some not so good. We won’t be back.

I don't always tend to rate 5 out of 5 as there is always something to improve, but although I didn't have any expectations, we were so impressed when we first arrived .beautiful lake view from our spacious and comfortable room , as well as well equipped and furnished.. if the aircon was free was perfect. Close to the city and the main locations, immersed in the nature . Perhaps the host should be more welcoming and a little open mind to
clients requests.fine breakfast had with some homemade
products.Perfect place for family and couples. Really recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Picturesque views, not far from the lake/castle and a lovely farm family. Really enjoyed all the animals, the pool/lounge area and delicious breakfasts. If you’re not used to the Italian summer, it’s not much extra for A/C and fully worth it.

This is an agritourism stay and that’s what you get, which to us was charming. It is rustic, so there are some eccentricities (like a sit down shower). I thought the negative reviews on here expecting some sort of luxury 5 star hotel were ridiculous. It’s fantastic for what it is and relatively inexpensive. We will be recommending to all of our friends!
