This is a beautiful and tranquil place. The views anre stunning. Owners were helpful kind and accommodating. We stayed overnight in a quadruple room before a cruise, which actually was two bedrooms in one room number, great with teenagers and good value. The only negative for us was that the accommodation is isolated and is only accessible by car, were we had traveled by train. However once we were at the property the owners offered us very reasonable transportation at low taxi type rates (40 Euros to the port )

I came to Italy for the first time and the first part of my trip was as a Solo traveler so i wanted to do Rome really quick and then have some days to myself at the prettiest near beach I could find and I saw Santa Marinella and loved it! Then looking for hotels this seemed so perfect, it was on the top of a small mountain with beautiful views and it said it was also a great restaurant, so I booked it and I can tell you this was x100000 more times what i was expecting! The bed is really comfortable, the rooms clean and spacious, the drive to the beach is quick and simple and the views are TO DIE FOR! … and the cherry on the cake is the food indeed is AMAZING and paired perfectly with how kind were the owner and the front lady whom welcomed me at my arrival… just perfect, would recommend any solo (or couples/families ) to come here not to escape reality but to experience reality in a different amazingly beautiful way! xx

We loved this beautiful place in the mountains overlooking the ocean! The staff were outstanding, from the moment we arrived they were so nice! The owner, Claudio and his daughter offer lunch and dinner on the weekends. It was exquisite, and all homemade in the fireplace. It was an Amazing experience!! We absolutely loved this paradise away from everything!! Gorgeous views!!!! We will return one day for sure!!

It was perfect

Very beautiful location. The front rooms with seaside view and a balcony are definitely the best. The view is superb. The location is in the hills and is a bit remote. Breakfast is complete, with both sweet and salted components. During our stay, the weather was good, so we could always sit outside on the terrace. From Thursday till Sunday, dinner is available, using fresh ingredients and original recipes, and cooked with the help of Rebecca, our host’s daughter. Definitely recommended. For us, hospitality reached its absolute top, after we had a problem with our car. No effort was too much for our hosts, Claudio and his wife, in helping us during the days our car was in repair. Absolutely fantastic! Santa Marinella is a good place for shopping, but the beaches were too crowded for us and too noisy. A much better place is Santa Severa, just a few km to the east. Beautiful white sand beaches, not too busy, no music, plenty of space, many free beaches, and also very safe for small children in the western part with its half-moon shaped beaches. And nearby a few good restaurants, especially l’Isola del Pescatore

We loved our stay, and the views from the property are absolutely beautiful. The food and service were also fantastic, and if you’re able to have dinner with them I recommend it!

Great place to stay pre or post cruise
If you have a car, this is a fantastic and very affordable way to spend a night before a cruise out of Civitavecchia. Excellent breakfast and a great break from the hustle of Rome. Beautiful views and quiet air conditioned rooms.
