This B&B was simple, cheap, clean, central, good communication via "Walter" the owner on WhatsApp. It was 55 UKP for 2 of us for one night. A short walk to cruise terminal and shops/restaurants. The B&B bus stop (drop off) is 20m away when coming from the Civitavecchia train station. The price included breakfast. We had to check out at 10am and were allowed to keep our luggage there for a couple of extra hours, at no cost. The B&B does not relate to the picture on the left of this review. We were sent by staff WA images/instructions/codes beforehand, which made life easy checking in etc. Thank you Walter & his staff for a most enjoyable stay. Good value.

Mixed up the booking and gave us the wrong room had to sleep on child-sized bunks. They came in and rushed us out at 10am and we , left some clothes there and they bothered contacting us about this.

I arrived at 2030 looking for the place and had to walk around the block twice because I didn't see it (Google maps does show the correct place). When I buzzed to get up, no one answered. Apparently, that is a late time to check in, and no one was there. They offered a phone number on the door that I called and 10 minutes later someone showed up. They let me in, showed me the room and I had to pay cash. The room and facilities were outstanding and it was a plesant stay (other than the not knowing if I would have a room for the night). Just let them know your arriving time and I'm sure you won't have a problem.
