Me and my boyfriend had an amazing experience staying at this lovely b&b. The location is fantastic as you can easily walk through all the best site in Rome. We loved everything about our staying as the property is very beautiful, clean and offers everything you need for your vacation. Not to mention the kindness we received on our arrival from Domenico the host. He was very helpful and gave us some very good tips. I would give more star if I could and I’m looking forward to visit again!!!

The rooms are housed in an ancient Roman cistern. Rooms are in a basement. Quite well furnished even with pictorial works that create a suggestive environment. Quiet place. The property has a jakuzzi and a sauna in a common environment, possible to be used privately. The manager of the structure has proved to be a helpful person, provides clear explanations and indications about how to move around Rome. In case of needs even if it is not always present, it is available to suggest solutions.

Great location! Great price! Nico was very helpful in suggesting places to go. Every main attraction is within 10-20 minutes walking distance. Great place to stay if you want to explore Rome at your own pace. We would go back in a heartbeat! This was our favorite hotel on our trip to Italy!

A real disaster!!: Through my travel agent booked a room in this hotel, for my wife and me.
I arrived in Rome by plane to hour 22:30 the 21st day of June de2016; when 23 15 I came to the fateful Via del Vantaggio 1, everything was closed with metal curtain.
I made a phone call and a voice, so unpleasant was limited to answer that the booking was cancelled without giving any explanation as to the reason.
Shameful the lack of seriousness of this hotel. let me virtually at midnight with my wife in the street.

Such a bad business man/ woman. My husband and I pre booked our stay in this hotel 4 months earlier than our trip. We assumed that the booking is accepted. One week before we travel we called the person just to make sure everything is okay and stupidly the guy says change the hotel and that the room is not booked for us. This stupid guy did not even bother to send us an email or contact us by any way. If we have not just called to assure that everything is okay, we -ould have went to Rome with no place to stay at. Now we have to find another hotel, a week before we travel within our budget.
Such a disappointment! I do no advice anyone to pre book with this hotel as you might sleep on the street with no room to stay in and no early notice from this rude guy!
