We had a lovely experience. Gian Marco who welcomed us was very friendly. The room is clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well! We visited at the end of July, so this was very important. Our room had a small balcony where we could enjoy a glass of wine. The mini bar contains a bottle of prosecco, a beer bottle, a coke can, and a bottle of water. All complimentary😊 We would definitely stay here again!

Beware of prepaying for this hotel. We had purchased for the incorrect dates, and immediately contacted the hotel to fix the issue, and they would not issue a refund or help us rebook for the dates we intended. They took our money and gave us nothing in return, beware of their sketchy business practices.

Great hotel with great staff assistance. I would stay there again if I visit Rome again. Perfect location.

AKA Hotel HOMS. Stay away. Do not try to book to this hotel - it's a scam! They charge months ahead of the actual stay. And even if the listing went down (as in "permanently closed") on Maps, on booking.com etc., they contacted via Internet call and still wanted to charge even more!
EDIT: After visiting the hotel, we found out that it's closed... Still accepting reservations! STAY AWAY!

As already mentioned, the management of the hotel are thieves.
They charged me about 510 EUR, which was not mentioned in my booking terms, and further more, even when i contacted them through the whatsapp application, and explained the situation, they tried to charge more!
Stay away from them and contact the tourist police in Rome, if necessary .

Great experience. The hotel was a very nice and simple hotel which was super clean. They upgraded us to a suite upon check-in which was huge and incredible. The hotel is in a great location that is near the Spanish steps and the Trevi Fountain and close enough to the Pantheon and is a very cute area.

Great location near the Spanish Steps not very luxurious for a 4*, looks and feels like a 3*. Room looked nothing like the pics and was very disappointed on arrival. Rooms could do with a renovation.

Ok hotel. Good service. Attentive staff. Only problem was that we got a room close to the elevator which was noisy and disturbed us late evenings and early mornings.

I was with my family in January of 2013, this hotel has a very good location, close to everything, it is very comfortable and quiet, we got a pleasant surprise. One of the best breakfast and very good care of their staff.

According to me, the 4-star superior hotel are excessive. I am not used to frequenting the hotels 4 stars or 4stars superior, I happen to maximum use of the 3-star hotel, often beautiful as this hotel, but much cheaper.
The rooms are fine, not exceptional. The service is good, waiters polite, but the breakfast was really poor
