Nature, Relax, charme, confort e tanto amore. Sembra di essere nel Tirolo. Sembra di essere nel Tirolo, L’ospitalità di Roberta immensa come la sua dimora. La vista è meravigliosa domina le colline circostanti della campagna romana, la piscina fantastica,
sembra di essere fuori dal tempo. La colazione ottima! con crostatine, marmellate, strudel di mele cotogne, torte salate e uova fresche appena raccolte, tutto esclusivamente preparato da Roberta. Ho visitato questa location per organizzare il giorno più importante della mia vita! Consigliato a tutti gli innamorati e non solo!! A presto!! Grazie Roberta di questa esperienza unica!!

It's always a pleasure to visit this place and Roberta. My wife and myself wanted to have a relaxing quiet weekend and Roberta's cottage provides just the perfect location. Everything in the house and the garden carries Roberta's touch and she's always kind. It has also been a pleasure to play and talk with Cloe, the lovely young little newpew of Roberta that kept us company during our stay. The surrounding offer countless opportunities for excurions and walks in the wonderful region of Tuscia. We can't wait to come back :-)

The pool was wonderful in the 42 degree heat!
Gorgeous views, spacious rooms, with kingsize beds in each room.
Lovely and clean and surprises of freshly baked cakes, pastries and wonderful fresh home grown fruits.

Very original, fairytale, enchanting location, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills 5 minutes from Lake Bracciano and a wonderful infinity pool !!!!!

Wonderful experience !! Lovely place and a fabulous welcome to say the least !! Roberta is the owner of this enchanted cottage and manages to transform a simple weekend into something magical! We will definitely be back !!!

So incredibly disappointing that I can’t believe the previous reviews are genuine. It’s a very tired property and in need of a major revamp - almost every appliance was broken and only two things can be used simultaneously or the whole house fuses. Aircon in 2 rooms only- she asks that you turn it off after an hour. 3 bedrooms are uninhabitable in August as we just discovered. The owner lives 8 feet away in a lodge, and is constantly around- so zero privacy. Exceptionally expensive for the quality. And an extra 200 euros to use the (unheated!) pool on top. Her dog, Rolly, also barked incessantly all night- a real nightmare hol!! We were asked to turn our air con off in 36 degree heat so she could use the outdoor oven to cook her own dinner.
