Our family stay here when visiting and Erica and Andrea are lovely. They’re so helpful it is amazing. The rooms are lovely and the terrace bar is perfect for an aperitivo with friends. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 4 nights after escaping a hectic 3 days in Rome. It was a lovely setting with fantastic modern rooms. We were made very welcome and enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the train car. Each night we walked along the lake to choose a restaurant for dinner. We're happy to highly recommend this guest house.

Excellent location by the beach, nice room and decor, good breakfast, friendly host, free parking, which is very important for Trevignano. Only 20 minutes' stroll along the beach into town centre. Simple food and drinks available all day.

Lovely stay and experience at this hotel . Beautifully decorated with the theme corresponding to the surroundings. Unique breakfast on train experience. Friendly hosts Erica and Andrea make the stay a bonus! The place is kids friendly and easily accessible if driving . We had a great stay overall and would definitely come back .we even extended our stay! Wifi was satisfying at the terrace. The lake is situated right in front of the property you can just walk across and enjoy the scenery and ambience. Parking was so easy. Within the property and safe.
