advance payment. No reception or tax registration. Frozen room, bad hygiene, wet towels, no TV antenna, no cleaners in the bathroom and no hairdryer. Divided from another room by a simple closed door (no privacy). No response after request for clarification not even an apology..... terrifying awful they should be ashamed .

We confirmed our reservation and through a phone call we specified that our arrival would be after 2 am ..... outside the structure the lady did not open ... she is on the phone she also offended us.

Delightful apartment! All with great attention to detail, the owner is really kind and welcoming. I was there in July with my aunt and her little dog, the lady was nice to us, we had a problem with the hot water and she immediately helped us!
The apartment was large with everything needed: a kitchenette, a not too big bathroom, two bedrooms (one with air conditioning) and a sitting room with television and fireplace. The garden is very large, suitable for barbecues or for your pet to play.
Really recommended. The only flaw is the entrance: close to a very busy road even at high speeds, there is the risk of having an accident.

Delightful mini apartment, with all comforts. Unfortunately too close to the road. Parking. Helpful and kind host. Lovely private beach with access. The only drawback from the gate to the crossroad to the beach the road is very dangerous, be careful. For the rest, but I write it as a friendly advice, Bruno Barbieri would say that attention to detail is important, and for me he would add the fifth star. I'll be back.

Probably after a quarantine there is a desire to start again and the photos should be updated. I understand the low price but I'd rather pay more and get more attention. Environment sanitization? I don't think the smell we smelled was sanitization. May the negative reviews give you an opportunity to improve. TVs two? Both not working, cup and bidet moving. I'll stop here... Good luck
