We stayed one night before driving to the airport in the morning. Very nice apartment and helpful staff. Easy to park in front of the place. Restaurants very close, no need to drive there.

Spent 1 night at this hotel and we really don't know how it stays afloat. We got caught with no place to stay and went here and they would not show us a room. We decided we had no choice and went with it as the woman was nice.
The villas around us were all empty in the middle of summer so we were nervous. It was clean but the kitchenette was devoid of any utensils. Getting more nervous. The wifi didn't work. Getting more nervous. A/C went on but nothing cooled down as 2 bedrooms are too far and then after 2 hours the A/C cut off like it was on a timer. Nerves shot. Did we mention it was 40'C this day?
Morning came and we had sweated it out in the little oven hoping for good breakfast to find it had nothing but sweet cakes and runny salty eggs.
So we thought the pool was the answer but as we entered they told us it was 3 Euros each per chaise lounge half day. My word, what is going on here. This is how they survive. Milking people. We shook it off, took dips and made sure we cleared out our villa on time - they fussed about this both at night and in the morning - and then suddnely the attendant told us we had to leave to go pay at the front desk.
We packed up and the front desk told us we were late checking out but they clearly had not checked the villa as we had left on time. Then they tried to charge us for the lounge chairs but we refused to pay as they told us to leave early!
I bid them good luck in the future and hope their next jobs outside the hospitality sector works better for them.

The basic concept is that of the widespread hotel, as each "room" is in fact an apartment. In our case, equipped with a double bedroom with a camping cot (one of the few times we found it already assembled as soon as we arrived!), A bathroom (without bidet, but with a shower directly integrated into the toilet) and a room / entrance with sofa bed, kitchenette and table. The place is enchanting, because it is surrounded by greenery and is strategically placed, given the proximity to the lake. Breakfast served in the building that also acts as a "reception", with the possibility of hot and cold drinks and a buffet that includes various baked goods, cereals, rusks and jams

We arrive at the hotel and we are quietly informed by the owner that the pool was closed. Without an sorry, a sorry or something like that, nothing! Absurd, we ask for explanations and they tell us that it had rained the day before, so what? Today there is a sun that breaks the stones! Maybe it will be that today is the first Monday of September? Coincidence? And why not tell us when booking?
To finish with a bang, at the time of check out, after having exposed our complaints, the lady, as well as obviously not taking a cent from the total, has the courage to charge us for an extra bottle of water taken. Congratulations! This is how you manage an activity.

I stayed for a few days in one of the houses. Delightful place, cozy and quiet environment. Pool available and well maintained. Organization aimed at respecting the environment and energy saving, qualities that, however, from what I read are not appreciated by everyone ... but you know we don't all think the same way. The staff were very kind and absolutely cooperative. An oasis one step away from Trevignano and from all the towns of the Bracciano lake area, with many opportunities for recreation and visiting interesting places. Well done
