The room was spacious but seem cold. The breakfast was terrible.

We loved the hotel, the only problem was the air conditioning. It barely worked. We found it difficult to sleep because it was so hot.

Stayed during a karting event. No dinner available — the restaurant was closed without prior notice. We were even refused permission to eat our own food onsite after a late return. Very inconvenient for teams on a tight schedule.
Rooms are old but okay. Outdoor furniture is moldy. Beautiful territory, but looks abandoned. Breakfast was good and served early — the only real plus.
This place may have been great once, but now it lacks service and proper maintenance. Definitely not worth 4 stars — 3 at best.

Hidden Gem in Italy
We had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel. The most perfect stay when you want to wind down and enjoy your holiday. It is only a 5 minute drive to Viterbo with amazing restaurants. We will definitely be back to this lovely hotel and staff in the future.

BE CAREFUL with this hotel, I couldn't make my trip, and instead of taking out 1 night as a no-show, they took out all the nights from my credit card (a large amount). I communicated with the hotel and explained my situation and asked for a solution that would be fair to both sides, but without any effect. So they were able to double-book the room. I think a so-called 4-star hotel should be able to find a solution that suits both. VERY DISAPPOINTING, their way of handling such an easy matter. 0 stars from me.

We chose this for a few days after Rome to relax with a pool- Very lovely location and lovely rooms pool BUT please be aware the description is quite out of date Update: -no restaurant on site - it gets locked after breakfast. I think they had one last year hence reviews but it has now closed - No bar or pool bar as described - although staff kindly brought us drinks and even offered to drive to sister hotel to bring us lunch. -no shuttle to Termi de Papi and no driver as described. You 100% MUST have a car. There are taxi’s in the area but limited with virtually no taxis after midnight and taxis cost around 20-30 euro each way. It’s very remote but wonderfully quiet (with exception of a few military helicopters as next to military base) and the pool is a very lovely facility to have. I would agree 4 star surroundings/rooms but not 4 star facilities- I would stay again but wished the description was clearer before I arrived - it was a last minute decision to hire a car and without it we would have been vey stuck and very hungry!

Our experience with this property was very positive. Extremely corteous and helpful staff. The room, for 4 people, was very spacious as the bathroom. Comfy beds. Shuttle service to Terme dei Papi is very useful, we went to terme in bathrobe . Decent breakfast.

The staff were all very friendly. The grounds are beautiful. Being there in winter we did not get to experience some of the amenities. Would highly recommend them

I read a few reviews raving about service. In our case, in early July, it really depended on who was providing service. The front desk was not very helpful at all... they would answer questions, but never give an alternative. However, the food serving staff were wonderful and bent over backwards to provide the best. My examples of bad service by the office: • check in - no offer to carry luggage in, provide cart etc. • Paid for the 'food plan', and was never advised that it's the same menu every night (make sure you like fish) • Two days in a row the pool bar either did not open or opened late. The front desk never gave an option on what do to for a drink... in fact was told that there is nothing served unless it's meal time. Meanwhile, serving staff were more than happy to offer alternatives and provide. • You're on your own to open those large umbrellas... some people struggled to get them open. • Sign in our room said "Enjoy our robe and slippers". We only had slippers in the room. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told you don't get robes. I would not go back

“I stayed at Alla Corte Della Terma for my vacation, and it was truly a magical place. On one hand, the staff was very helpful and eager to assist with anything, while on the other hand, the tranquility was amazing. The beautiful pool and spacious rooms added to the charm. If you wish, you can drive just 6 minutes to the city, where you can explore ancient ruins or enjoy one of the delightful restaurants the city has to offer. Not to mention, the place is only a two-minute drive from Terma Della Papi. Without a doubt, this is a place to return to.”
