It's very convenient to go to the city. The equipment is a bit old but the health condition is good. The hotel staff is very friendly!

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Only downside is no ac control at the first of May…but the same with all EU chain hotels. Brought our own fan and opened patio door…no issue. Nice hotel. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks for work. The rooms are very clean, although the bathroom seems a bit old. The service is excellent. The breakfast is very good. Many options and great service.

I walked to the old Viterbo from the hotel. It's a 20 minute walk, but not very adapted for pedestrians. It's better to go by car and park in the public parking lots near the old town.

Hotel located in a strategic position, in the northern area of ​​Viterbo, very close to the Orte - Viterbo highway exit. Very kind staff at reception, they immediately give you the necessary information on how to get around by car to reach the center of Viterbo. excellent breakfast, with a large assortment of sweet and savory foods, waitstaff promptly asking what type of drinks you want, with impeccable kindness. as regards the cleanliness of the rooms, more attention should be paid to the fundamental things. given that the room has carpet, it would be appropriate to clean it with an electric broom in the morning, as it left me in doubt as to whether this service would be performed. in the bathroom the accessories are available and disposable, but the tiles in the bathroom itself should also be cleaned, as upon arriving on the first day, I noticed that there were some tiles that were not cleaned well and this inconvenience remained for the entire duration of the stay. however the welcome, the cleanliness in general, and the kindness of all the staff is to be taken into consideration

When I'm in the area I will definitely stop at this hotel again.
