My husband and I stayed over the May bank holiday and had a wonderful time. It was a relaxing stay. The farmhouse is surrounded by greenery, nestled between an olive grove and a hazelnut grove, and is conveniently located near places of historical and natural interest. The room was very clean, the breakfast was plentiful, and the owners were very kind and welcoming...including their dog, Birillo. We highly recommend the location and will recommend it to anyone we know who will be in the area.

Feel at home! I stayed with my husband for two nights at this farmhouse. As soon as you arrive, you feel like you're staying with a relative. The welcome is very friendly, a farmhouse surrounded by greenery and olive trees, everything immaculately maintained. The room was spotless, with scented sheets and towels, and a bathroom with a soap kit, making it feel more like a 4-star than a farmhouse. The breakfast was also 4-star, with delicious homemade jams, homemade cakes, homemade focaccia, delicious cold cuts, and fresh fruit salad, all prepared with love and care by Annarita and Cristiano—the ultimate in hospitality!
And then there's the silence, perfect for those who want to escape the city and unwind. It's very close to the Terme dei Papi and a stone's throw from Tuscia Terme. When we return, we'll choose Annarita and Cristiano's pampering again! Thank you so much ❤

The owners are very polite and helpful, and keep the property immaculately clean. The rooms are spacious, clean, well-ventilated, and comfortable. The breakfast is varied, featuring authentic local and homemade products. The car and motorcycle parking is also greatly appreciated, thanks to a gate that ensures nighttime security.
