Perfect location for those arriving/departing from Brignole station. An apartment with antique Genoese mosaic floors divided into several rooms, some of which also have kitchenettes. The management is always available to guests, and the property offers excellent value for money for those who appreciate the simple furnishings and, above all, the kindness of the owner, who also provides Ligurian focaccia for breakfast (not included), which can also be purchased from the vending machines.

It was in a good location and the room was large, but more attention should have been paid to cleanliness, and the whole room had a specific smell that was not pleasant. The cleanliness of the bathroom and toilet was very poor.Close to the city center and metro station

The room was full of dust, especially on the television and the two small glass lamp cabinets. The shower was small, even a large person would struggle to get in. It was a very negative experience for my entire family; we will never return. I wish the owner had apologized after I notified her.

This was our first time in Genoa. We stayed with four people: me, my two children, and my mother. We were greeted by the owner, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, the rooms were large, and spotlessly clean. We felt right at home. We'll definitely stay here again every time we visit Genoa. The B&B is in a great location, with a supermarket, pharmacies, and various shops nearby. It's 5 minutes from the Genova Brignole train station, where you can find all the transportation options (metro, bus, and taxi), 15 minutes from the aquarium, and 10 minutes from the sea. I 100% recommend it. A wonderful experience. Thank you for everything.

Excellent location, very close to Genova Brignole station. Very spacious room, very comfortable bed, and extremely kind and helpful owner.

An oasis in the shopping area. Marina was very helpful and responded to questions and request n a timely manner.

Well located, the only drawbacks are the parking, the noise from the macerator toilet, and the ventilation system.

Perfect for visiting the old town. Clean hotel, perfectly adequate room for one night. Paid parking very close by, so very convenient. Ideal location for exploring the old town on foot.

They are rooms on one floor of a very old building close to the port of Genoa. The air conditioning in the room we stayed in didn't work well and it was quite hot in July. The breakfast was reasonable. The price is compatible with what they offer.
