The hotel is located just two minutes away from Genova Piazza Principe station and allows you to explore the city on foot. The historical centre is just 10 minutes away. Very kind, friendly and efficient staff both at the reception and the breakfast room. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are serviced every day and the service also includes towel change every day. Both rooms and bathrooms are spacious Very good Italian breakfast buffet with a wide variety of pastries and fruit. Coffee is very good as well.

Very spacious room. Don't let the first look of the entrance and hallway to the ancient lift deter you. The hotel is awesome with a nice lobby and plenty sitting space. Room is very clean and ample space with really large bathroom. Bed is comfy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel for short stays. On the negatives; block out curtains would have been nice. Also while the hotel is in a very nice and quiet area, the rooms are not sound proof so you do hear noise from neighbouring rooms and hallway. Something to keep in mind for longer stays.

The location is excellent, a 3-minute walk from the station. It seems to be a family-run hotel; the service was good, the rooms were newly renovated, spacious, and had an elevator. Breakfast was simple, with a variety of breads and pastries. There are inexpensive and delicious Chinese restaurants and Asian supermarkets nearby.

Recently,I had the privilege of staying at the Hotel Vittoria very close to the Principe Railroad Station.I stayed at the Vittoria for 4 nights.I enjoyed my room,I appreciated the nice breakfast,and I liked the hospitality of the Vittoria's staff. The staff helped me find my way to Genoa's delightful art museums(Bianco Palazzo,Rosso Palazzo,Frugone,Diocesan,Saint Augustine)and awesome cathedral.

Liked everything! The location of the hotel is close to the railway station and the cruise port (this was important for us). The room is clean, comfortable, bed with a comfortable mattress and snow-white linens.
Breakfast is standard. Very responsive, polite, friendly staff.

This wonderful hotel is near the train station. It is conveniently close to many sights. The hotel service is outstanding. The morning breakfast is delicious. It's a great value. We left our MSC cruise and took a brief taxi ride to the hotel. It's close to the port but I would not advise walking to the hotel from the port. There is too much traffic to make the walk safe.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the train station. The room should have been recently renovated, it was very clean, and the staff were very enthusiastic! In short, I was very satisfied!
