Britannia Hotel in Genoa

The hotel is really nice, you can meet a lot of people right away. It's very close to the city center, which is super convenient if you want to pop into Genoa. Recommended – it's comfortable and affordable.

Very nice building, wonderful common areas, everything in order, except for a problem with the elevator, one of the two is not working, so there is a bit of a wait for the elevator.

Breakfast was ok but …

It's close to the airport; my flight landed quite late, so it only took about 10 minutes to get there. The environment was okay, though a bit noisy on the first floor. I was in such a rush that I didn't have time to explore the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Britannia Hotel Genova! The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk from the train station and close to all the main attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

What really stood out were the amazing common areas. The terrace is a lovely spot to relax, especially with its charming herb garden, where you can pick fresh herbs if you’re cooking. Speaking of cooking, the shared kitchen was a wonderful bonus, and we were pleasantly surprised that the hotel provides free pasta and vegetables—such a thoughtful touch!

Overall, a great experience with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Great hotel with a friendly atmosphere! I'll be happy to come again! Perfect for young people. Only the beds are metal and the mattress is hard.. everything else is just super!

Very good Hotel. Amazing view as well as nice bar.

I arrived there with no battery, completely improvised and unplanned. I was very well greeted by a very nice front desk staff including Anna and a colleague who lent me a charging cable for my phone and then I went to get some food in the lobby/bar while I decided if I was going to stay, time during which I got myself a nice burger and a beer to take advantage of their specials menu and watched some Italian soccer while at it while listening to amazing Latin music. Every single person in the staff of that hotel is super nice, from front desk to bar tenders, I extend my sincere gratitude to you - for your flexibility with your customers, for your patience and the care you had with me. Overall the site is a hidden gem in Genova that provides its customers with a true Genova experience for a fair price and a versatile management and place where you can get fun and quiet time at the same time - all this with a good wifi and a nice breakfast, hence why I recommend it.
