Very decent hostel. Right next to the mail train station. Friendly service and environment.

Location is okay, near the train station, but one of the staffs is not so friendly, maybe she's busy at that moment....

There was an issue in the room next to us. Their solution was to run a heater 24/7 to bake the room. This in turn heated the common wall to our room and it was close to 100°F when we arrived. They wouldn't give us a fan as they were put away for the winter. Wefpund a fan in the basement gym and took it to our room which helped. One particular staff member was irritated with us for asking for a fan.
The vibe in the hostel is steampunk submarine. They have dark gray carpet and walls with a whale on the ceiling in the large common room where breakfast was served. Bar was very limited.

This is a pretty good place to stay.

Pros:
It's a 5-minute walk from the train station.
The place is well-maintained and clean.
All the staff are friendly and helpful.
Shampoo is provided.
The entire room smells fragrant.
It's a great value for money.

I liked the hostel, there is a kitchen, even free food, a coffee machine, a bar, the hotel has parties, but they will not interfere with your sleep, as the rooms are on the upper floors, and the kitchen and bar on 1. I may come back here again. the only point is that they do not have a unified rule for guests, i.e. for example, not to make noise in the room after 11 pm. people can sit there and talk, if someone is already sleeping and they will not care. I think this is wrong and need to come up with rules for resting at night.

Very close to the bus station and main metro station. Staff were friendly and there are different activities happening inside hostel open space organised by the hostel such as karaoke. The breakfast was good. Enjoyed my stay and highly recommended.

I stayed for one night in a female dorm and it wasn't the best hostel experience that I have had in Europe. To begin with I had to change my assigned dorm because: a) the staff erroneously had a man check in to the dorm b) my assigned bed had no safety railing.

The second room was a triple decker - imagine having three bunk beds in one row. The pricing isn't cheap either - it was about 47 euros for one night. For that kind of price I had expected a better room.

The luggage storage is paid after check out.

Good stay overall. Very close to the train station. There was a free pasta night in the guest kitchen and beer pong in the bar downstairs. I was there on a Friday night and the music did continue until late and we could hear it in the room but not to the point where we couldn’t sleep. The beds were hard (typical Italian mattress) and the bed was a bit squeaky but overall okay. Luggage storage costs €3,50.

A wonderful hostel with an excellent location!
The staff is just amazing — they changed my booking dates upon my request, and I’m endlessly grateful! There are lots of young people and various events, so you definitely won’t get bored during your stay! And Genoa is simply love — I’ll definitely come back.💜
