Simply the Best Plaza Premium! As I have been others countries, I rated this as the best! This my 3rd time on transit, the dishes were good in taste!

It's a little confusing finding the registration desk - could use a little more detail on the signage out front.

Great location. Rooms are not as they are described and a bit small. Very nice for small groups. Service depends on who you meet at the reception desk. Not good value for what you pay. Really old building so a lot of noise during the night.

Hotel staff was very cooperative getting the bed right. The room cleaning was marginal and not consistent. The accommodations were good.

In the city so parking is difficult. The hotel starts on the 3rd floor so either go up many stairs or wait for an elevator that only fits 2 people. Room was small and loud.

A lovely stay
Everything was great thanks. The breakfast guy was outstanding. I think his name was Matteo He managed the check in and all the breakfasts at the same time- he never stopped. We were so impressed. I hope he’s paid well because he earns it!

Hotel was on the third floor with quaint lift. Room with kitchenette was very comfortable and clean. Close to the old town, market and restaurants. Good location.

Staff is very kind. Rooms are beautiful. The hotel is located on the main shopping street, in the center of Genoa, all attractions are within walking distance. On opposite side of the road is Coin parking (20€/24hrs) but not great for bigger cars!
The only problem of the hotel is that at night you can hear a lot of traffic (ambulances with sirens, police, people walking by). Also in the evening hot water ran out.
