The room was fine, but the AC was so noisy it kept you awake at night, and it was cold….. The duvet was also very thin,we are in winter not in spring….. We're not coming back to this hotel. Never.

I transferred to a deluxe room but the lamp was broken and was on the floor.. I asked housekeeping to fix but I guess they needed an engineering person to do it
Best location! Cafe is just 5 steps after exiting the main door. I prefer the standard room because the deluxe room had a weird configuration... Nespresso and Sparkling water was complementary.. overall this place should be rated 5 stars!!!

the room didn't offer any drinking water as other reviews said.
hotel door is very small, hardly to find it when arrive in the evening in dark.
located in the city center, easy find good foods nearby.
shower water is really good, no chance for breakfast, etc.

Excellent location. We had 401 and 402 top floor which had balconies. Perfectly placed hotel, nice rooms and bathrooms and good coffee with a large TV and small fridge in room. Entrance is through pin codes on a keypad and this worked seemlessy and was very easy to use. Definitely would stay again..

We were unable to check into the hotel because the hotel administration did not cooperate with us in paying the fees on the spot. I do not recommend it to tourists from the Russian Federation who do not have a foreign card. The hotel operates without staff.

The room was very clean and had everything you might need like coffee/tea, shampoo, face washing set, etc. The only issue was the air conditioner, which was locked so the temperature couldn’t be changed

But there were cigarette butts left by other people on the balcony that hadn't been cleaned up
The biggest problem is that this hotel doesn't have a front desk
I called them to ask for the room code, but the Italians didn't speak English well, so there was a communication problem, and they hung up on me twice
Fortunately, Ctrip handled it well, and I checked in smoothly in the end

Great location. Everything you need is nearby. 15 minutes walk to the railway station. The room is clean, cleaning is daily.

When booking the room, Ctrip set the time one day early. The problem was discovered within one minute after payment, and no refund or adjustment was given. Ctrip customer service coordinated, and the next day they lied and said that they had checked in the previous day. A hotel that disgrace Italy!
